Friends birthday weekend

Everything from the food, and the drinks, and the front desk lady was phenomenal and funny. Kyle, my bartender was excellent and cool.

a great an affordable place for a quick weekend getaway for an outdoor hockey game

comfy beds, great amenities, room was close to elevator and exit. Very friendly staff!

walls were a little thin and we could hear another guest talking very loudly on their phone for hours.

Cozy and convenient!

Location was near the freeway, clean, the rooms have balconies and of course the COOKIES!

Toilet pressure was low. Had to hold the knob down when flushing.

Fastest check in ever

It was the fastest check in that I have ever encountered! The desk clerk extended a very warm greeting as I approached her. I told her that I had reservations and my name. Within 5 minutes I was on my way to my room.

Not having a microwave is what I didn't like. I'm unsure if there is one on every floor where the vending machines are at toor not, but I know for sure that there are 2 downstairs.

Side entrance to rooms are a lot of stairs. No ramp for rolling luggage.

Good stay, need improvement

I love the pool at this location and the reason I pick to stay here when I travel to the area. The staff is super nice and that is hard to come by these days.

This stay was less than on quality vs some of my previous stays here. I honestly do not believe that the room was completely finished being clean before we were checked into it and we didn’t check in until about 6 PM. I should’ve double checked when I first entered the room the door was open with the night latch. It was missing items from out of the bathroom and just overall cleanliness was not as good as previous stay. When we called for the items that we needed, they were promptly brought to the room.

Warm cookies and great staff

The lobby was warm and welcoming and had a bar and restaurant that were full of people and laughter so it must’ve been good. The staff was incredible friendly and helpful!

Our room was below what I can only imagine was the laundry facility. The washing machine spun and gyrated loudly throughout the day and night. We could also hear the hiss of the water when it would fill the machine. It was kind of bothersome but once we figured out what it was l, it wasn’t as bad.

Stayed for a doctors appointment beside hotel- would possibly stay again.

Location was great for what I needed. Didn’t check out much besides the room we stayed in. The people at the front desk were nice and helpful!

Our AC did not get cold. The thermostat said it was 66 but we had to sleep without the covers because it was so hot. We didn’t get any sleep.

Great location as it is close to the airport, beautiful hotel with a charming feel to it. There was a convention going on during my stay, so it was a bit noisy and hectic. Aside from that, we enjoyed it! also the daily fresh cookies they have at the reception are simply the best.

if you have noisy neighbors, you will hear everything - and I mean, everything. We had a room with an adjoining door, so maybe that was the cause for what seemed like thin walls.
