Nice hotel and the comfort I needed at the time, the 1 rude staffer doesn't outweigh 2 nice staffer

The new upgrades. And the comfort of the location of the rooms they put me in. They are spacious and colorful which brings a sense of energy of productivity and inspiration. They have a smoking session upstairs and a non smoking down stairs. You can not smell any smoke in the rooms down stairs which caters to the restful comfort of the visitors.

The customer service representative working night shift on May. 6th 2023 was rude. I asked was there any sitting area or could I use a seat to seat outside briefly. He responded aggressively mumbling. Then asked if they had disability accommodations he immediately gave detailed information on the sitting area by the swimming pool I could get to. Once outside I must say it was beautiful AND covered sitting area that I feel catered their visitors comfort.

Toilet was dirty, we couldn't take a shower and the whole floor smelled like pot! We paid for 2 nights and I think it we be fair to ask for the price of one to be refunded

if u are not there by checkin time call them they wont care if u paid for the room already it will get canceled

location was ok

made and paid for two nights , wasn’t sure but cowboys was playing at home same weekend so I didn’t know when I would arrive but wanted to be sure I had a room when I did . thinking I paid I was goo. I arrived the second day and they had cancelled my room . ended up paying twice the price for a smaller room and one full bed for one night and had to wait for weeks on refund of the original reservation. but atleast I got a room and my money back .

Horrible not worth it

There was no breakfast nor coffee

Customer service was very very rude I had to literally call just so the employee could come and wake up to let me back into my room since I have left my key in my room. Then he tried to double charge me when I told him that I was in the room. He wanted my ID and not give it back until I checked out. Very rude will call corporate office and complain. Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect
