Impressive room and staff

Front Desh staff member, Mariah, was amazing. Very quiet location. Very secure with cameras all around. Front desk staff was able to view cameras at all times. Very clean.

Understand that this location is in Colorado, where certain "smoking" is allowed. Many guests smelled of "smoke," and it would linger in the hallways and elevator.

It was ok, didn’t have time for breakfast but got a bagel.

I like being on the first floor.

The shower needed to be unclogged and it wasn’t cleaned well. I found a short hair on the wall before I took a shower and I have long hair. Also there is a floor length mirror I wasn’t comfortable with so I covered it with a blanket.

Great pace!

Wonderful, accommodating and welcoming staff! There are many hotels in the area I picked this one because previous reviews said it was clean and the staff was nice. Very accurate. The check in was smooth, breakfast was great and hotel was pretty quiet. I was a little worried to even stay in Pueblo, but we had no issues. See you next week!

Easy location to get too. Good food around the property.

Just for me the the beds were too soft for my back. But that’s my own deal bf loved it.

Delightful, comforting, exceeded expectations at a difficult time for us.

We stayed here as part of a trip due to the unexpected death of a family member, and arrived late after a very long drive. We were delighted with the staff, the super clean room-just everything! The breakfast was AMAZING!!

the breakfast was good and there were several restaurant's nearby. Easy on and off of I-25. On our trip we paid more for other hotels that were not as nice as this one!

Better than expected. Good breakfast with eggs and biscuits and gravy. Friendly staff. Felt safe. Convienent off I-25.

A little dated. Could hear people in hallway late at night and neighbors walking upstairs.

visiting family in the area. Glad we picked this hote

Was located near several restaurants and gas station. clean. staff was great. Annette was welcoming when we arrived. Bill I believe is his name was constantly working hard doing several tasks with a smile on his face and still giving attention to anyone who needed it.

Just what I was looking for.

Very good, located right off the lobby. Hot, fresh, with an attendant on duty.

Key cards, electronic, were clunky and always required several attempts before working.

Excellent experience room was extremely clean which I usually don't get

Great breakfast,poor little lady had to keep refilling biscuits and eggs. Excellent. Loved my room and hope to get the same room next year. All staff was friendly and happy

Hard to get to from direction we come, have to go up dirt road behind hotel to get to it. Toilet to low and would act like it was going to overflow every time you flushed
