If I hadn’t needed a good night’s sleep it would have been perfect

Immaculate, great Staff, nice breakfast and convenient location

Bed was hard and uncomfortable and the sheer curtains at the window gave no privacy nor did they block the street light that hit my eyes all night. I have never stayed in a hotel without light blocking curtains. Room was too warm and no thermostat… fortunately window opened. Unfortunately that let in a lot of noise.

the rooms were nice however when we book on Booking they never give us the room we chose. Somehow always get the yucky handicapped room. Maybe the price we pay??!

It is a good place to stay,

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was hot and good. the staff was friendly and courteous.

There was no guest laundry room. The breakfast was the same menu each day. The biscuits were very dry and falling apart.

Breakfast was wonderful, however you need to put spray for the waffle iron, it was sticking pretty bad

The Body Wash container in the shower was empty, so I had to leave a running shower and get the soap on the sink.

Uncomfortable to start but adequate in the end.

Breakfast was alright, but all in all, the best part was the staffing. One was named Matthew, and I forget the name of the other front desk host, but he was a very tall, more muscular white man with black hair.

The shower was not cleaned as there were cut hairs and watermarks/ dirt marks on the shower wall/ Our bed was also dirty, and hair makeup and dirt marks of discoloration on the pillows and sheet with additional hair in the bed. Noisy neighbors, too, but that subsided before too late at night.

Quiet, comfortable spot

Spacious room that made the "normal" square footage roomier with efficient furniture placement. Plenty of space to move around. Powerful shower.

Dreadful breakfast choices and minimal TV channels. Better to eat just down the street.

Our only complaint - there was a popping sound intermittently throughout the night. It may have been the heater or a mini fridge.

Superb

The breakfast wasn’t what I was expecting. The scrambled eggs were dry as were the sausage patties. It was difficult to get to the sausage patties behind the eggs. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. The bathtub had 4 grab bars that made getting in and out of the tub a breeze.

there was someone trying to get in our room 2 different times during the night. and the room next to us was loud but I think they were turned in.

Everything was good. Could have offered fresher eggs. Everything was or seemed packaged. Bathroom tub shower & bathroom door were more outdated than vanity/rest of bath. Room was comfortable & seemed clean.
