It’s more an extended stay hotel of locals.

It was clean

Back door was missing the complete lock. It was left open. Front lobby had a pipe bust. It started dripping at least 24 hours before it busted because the staff had small trash cans at least 5 of them lining the front desk. Then we were made to evacuate the building and had no water. There was definitely smoking in the building.

Very nice place to stay comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was very good. Room very clean and beds very comfortable . Very convenient location for us, in town for funeral . I would stay there again if in town .

Worst stay ever.

I want a refund. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. Upon arrival the desk agent gave us a single king size bed. When asked he said there were no other available rooms. That a large group of children had stayed recently and other room had not been cleaned. He stated that all rooms were equipped with a pull out bed. He brought us extra pillows and sheets only to find out there was no pill out bed. My friend was forced to sleep on the floor. He stated that he hYd no other options. I was very uncomfortable and extremely embarrassing as we are no very young. There was no coffee available the next day as well as no breakfast provided as was advertised included. The room was over priced for a bad location. We stayed at another location the night before for a 100 less. In a more popular area. It was a horrible experience. I spoke to the manager before leaving and she was very rude and just explained that they were busy .

Was not what I paid for. Taken advantage of by the staff.

Breakfast at 9:15am was not nice, batter for waffles was runny, not made to recipe. Syrup container was stopped up, OJ was out

the key cards didn’t work, breakfast was gross, staff were mean AF, bad water pressure in toilets, asked for something and it was always a problem.

Far exceeded my expectations .

Breakfast was excellent. Checkin was easy. Nice touches of fresh coffee/tea/water and cookies available at all times. The room was exceptionally large and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable.

Superb

Comfortable room, nice breakfast and opportunity to use gym and laundromat - those all made staying there nice. We had king size bed and bathroom was super clean and fresh looking.

It was bit inconvenient to walk from train station to hotel cause there was no sidewalk.

Clean and comfortable stay

Clean, slept well, very comfortable beds, location was a great area we felt safe -which to use was a 4 start!! Thank you!

It was a remodeled room, so an older hotel - the heater/ AC unit had an odd smell/with the heater when we turned on the unit. The refrigerator didn’t not have temp control to keep frozen items cold.
