Overall pleased.

Good location for where we are traveling to .

The pool needs a metal rail. It was hard to get in and out of the pool. The room should be set up for two people. It was booked for two. The guest should not have to go get more towels. Provide more Toliet paper and better quality paper

Don’t stay here,

I like how the motel was close to our main destination.

The first room they gave my son and I the mattress had a hard pee stain. The sheets weren’t clean as well. I noticed that they had put piles of mattress covers to try and cover the smell or to get to the stain.Once I tried to settle in after showering I couldn’t bear the smell that was in the room and once I looked where it was coming from I took pictures. Let the front desk know and they had my rooms switched. The gentleman that switched my rooms said if my new room is a certain way there wouldn’t be any room changes. I drove 8 hours to be in a dirty room. I was just grateful to get a clean room is all. On top of that their pool was locked for maintenance so we couldn’t enjoy all they had to offer us.

we have stayed here 6-7 times and have been disappointed our last 2 stays.

the location is great for us.

the man behind the counter was not friendly. the room was ok but there was not enough towels to use and we did not swim. there were no cups or glasses in the room and the parking for the area we we in was minimal.

We stayed there for 6 hours and canceled the rest of it.

Not really anything.

There was throw up on the bed/floor, the smoke detector was hanging on by a thread, the hotel has a safe in the room and they will try to charge you even if you didn’t use it, watch how many times they try to charge your card, they will try to give your room away if you plan on checking in late

Overall good experience and would stay again.

The motel was clean and in a good location ( via interstates) to our downtown destination. There is a Q-trip across the street which was convenient for fuel, drinks and snacks.

The mattress on the bed was super firm. I have never felt one so hard.

I was there for a night passing through.

I didn't get up in time to eat breakfast. So I wasted that opportunity. When I got in, the mini lobby was already 95% shut down for the night and I didn't ask not got info about it. Easy access to the parking lot was nice. Made less hauling time easier.

The bed had a massive dip in the center and the person I slept with weighed more than I do (which I'm already a paltry 115 so it says little), so I kept rolling into them.

Had an issue, staff handled it like pros

Staff were all very professional, I feel some people may take that for rudeness, but they are very task oriented. If you get to speak with them outside of them preforming a service, they are all pleasant and friendly. Our toilet was clogged in our room (I assume from the last person) we got in around midnight, and noticed the morning after when we woke up, staff handled every single step, it wouldn't plunge, they snaked it, and ended up moving us to a different room when that didn't work. I think that's what made me notice the task orientation, instantly they jumped on it, and when it was done, they snapped to friendly. At no point was I blown off or talked down to. It was issue taken extremely seriously to solve it. At no point I felt they handled the situation wrong, they made every effort to make sure I was happy with my stay, facility was clean, and also the location was convenient, shared a parking lot with a steak and shake, and across a side road a large gas station. Location was quiet, and I only recall hearing another guest during my stay for two nights, but they were being overly loud by themselves, not a reflection of the facility. For the price and professionalism of the staff, I was overly pleased with my stay.

Breakfast was sub par, cereal and muffins as previously stated, but honestly for the price, surprised they supplied any breakfast at all. Coffee was good.

a little more variety for the breakfast would have been nice. bagels or toast or even instant oatmeal. nothing hot was available. Tea would have been a nice option as well since I am not a coffee drinker.
