Location

There was a loud party going on and yelling/screaming. Refrigerator was making all kinds of noise all night. Beer cans left by the elevator.

We didn’t stay because it was absolutely disgusting!!

Absolutely NOTHING!

The mattress cover had blood all over it. Air conditioning didn’t work properly. The hotel charged me $100.00 deposit that I still haven’t gotten back. Needless to say. We didn’t stay and requested a refund but still haven’t received our refund or deposit.

Do not recommend for any families

It was a very sleazy looking place. The spray used to cover up the smell was horrendously strong. The restroom had unflushed toilet paper, and we hadn't used it. It just felt dirty. We left, even after paying an outrageous amount! Obviously, the price was jacked up. I would never recommend this place for a family. It's more of a quick one night stay for individuals who aren't squeamish.

Did not like location, clientel, smell, appearance of the inside. Mattresses seemed very worn.

The room was dirty. The floors had not been swept or mopped. There was a dirty sock under the bed that was not even ours. I had to go buy a swifter jet just to. Lean the floors so my boys could walk on the floor without their feet turning black.

The ac was a God sin after a full day at worlds of fun top tier also the shower pressure was phenomenal

A fellow guest stuck a note on my vehicle bc it WAS leaking gas, heavy emphasis on was, and it told me to leave the property which REALLY threw me off, I was pissed. I talked to the staff about it and he was extremely helpful, I never caught his name unfortunately, but he talked to his manager and we figured out it was a guest that taped the note to my car and not a staff member ((:

The front desk people was nice

No service in the front desk during night, we can't request anything after 8pm, no clean place, they don't clean the room everyday, they don't provide items to the room.

The room reeked of smoke!!

Pet friendly supposedly

I was charged $70 for a 1 night pet fee which was totally ridiculous! The amount for the room was $80 so $150 a night for 1 person!

It does come with a kitchenette, yes, but...(see cons)

- room could be cleaner - the but: no cutlery, no dishes, no pots or pans in an apartment with kitchenette. That doesn't make sense and while booking there was no indication. - also no coffee machine or coffee maker. - dish-and-pot set can normally be purchased, but war out of stock. Coffee maker can purchased as well.

Very clean and comfortable for an overnight travel stop. I’ve paid much more at other places with much less received. Outstanding value!

Nothing 😝

Killed five cockroaches in two days. The whole place was filthy dirty. I looked out my window on Saturday morning at 7 am and see a police car in parking lot. I'm age 64 and I've not stayed in a place so bad since we I was age 21 in a dive in India. I'm serious. This place is terrible!

They kept my deposit for no reason.

They did not serve breakfast. I liked the room set up

The back door dis not lock and people were literally running in and out all night. The hallway I stayed in smelled so strong of marijuanna. They kept my deposit saying we smoked in the room. We never smoked in the room, we had 4 children 5 yrs old and younger with us so we definitely DID NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOM. I don’t smoke in my house or vehicle so I definitely don’t smoke where I’m not supposed to. I’m too old for that. I’ve also never lost a deposit through Woodsprings Hotels that I always stay at. I guess this was my last stay there though. I’ll find another hotel to stay at that is honest. This location seems to take advantage of out of town guests but I’m originally from KC MO

it was adequate to sleep here in a hurry to stay somewhere.

it was in a quiet area and the rooms were big.

the floors in the rooms were dirty. my feet were black from walking on the linoleum planks that seem to not have been mopped in a super long time. our mattress liners were very dirty on one of the beds. Not enough toiletries or towels for more than one person. even tho there is a kitchenette, there is no cookware or utensils.

After seeing conditions, did not stay overnight.

This is a poorly maintained extended stay living quarters. The door keypads didn’t work to two separate rooms they sent us to. The beds and bedding were old and unclean. The environment is not hotel but apartment living. Wish we could have gotten a refund, but nobody was at the front office.

Absolutely awful and the worst hotel experience ever.

Nothing. No one at the desk. The lost my Drivers license. Hotel claimed that the sent it back - they didn’t and I ended up filing a police report. Floor was under reconstruction. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at by a long margin.

No one one the desk. Staff lied. They lost my driver license. Floor was under repair. Room floor was “sticky”. The worst experience I have ever had. I filed a police report also. Do not recommend this place.
