Go someplace else. They don’t care about anything.

It was miserable. None of the common area air conditioners were on. They tried to say they weren’t working but you don’t have 6-8 units all quit at once. Breakfast was miserable because it was so dang hot in there. On the 3 day of my stay they came to me and said I needed to pay a pet fee when I had already asked when I checked in.

Recommend this hotel.

The rooms were up to date and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast had lots of choices and the food was good. We would stay here again and we are very picky. It met our expectations.

Staff could have been a bit friendlier. Especially whoever answered the phone.

It was a welcomed stop on a long drive that day

We have stayed there before.Close to interstate, restaurants and fueling. Clean property and friendly staff.

Disappointing

Convenient and clean

They overbooked my room so another guest ( who was intoxicated) came barging in my room at around 10 pm. Since they were buzzed they lurked and kept talking instead of just getting out. This is unacceptable. Also the air conditioner fan was stuck on high and roared through the night. Couldn’t hear the tv and did not rest peacefully

Other than the heating and cooling, it was an acceptable location.

Breakfast was fine.

The heating and cooling system kept going off and on all night. WE set it for "constant fan", but that did no good. I finally had to put in ear plugs. I was very surprised to walk in to register and find an empty desk with an order to phone for help. Not hospitable. It seemed as if the person at the desk was also running around doing other things in the hotel. Staff shortage?

Check in was quick and easy. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast girl was friendly. Breakfast was satisfying.

$200.00 for one night stay for two people was high. The bathroom flooring looked like someone put contact paper over tiled flooring and the shower pan had dirty black marks.

Good experience. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Good breakfast with all the usual offerings. Check in was quick and easy. Location right by I-70 was excellent for our purposes. Room was clean and comfortable; had both fridge and microwave which can come in handy.

My only small complaint was the window A/C unit which was a bit noisy when it came on. But I guess there's not much that can be done about that,

the hallways weren’t air conditioned the temp was 81 degrees.. the ac in the room was set at 70 when we arrived and the room seemed stuffy we set it a 68 and the room didn’t really cool off

The bed was comfortable

I had just finished working a 12 hour Covid shift as a traveling nurse decided to stop and stay somewhere promoted as being “clean.” Went to step into the shower and there were visible Pubic hairs throughout the shower and floor.

Loved the breakfast choices and was easy to return to the room with plates for food.

Good for a no frills stopover but might as well find somewhere cheaper

it was en route to my destination without much detour

for nearly $200 it wasn’t really what I expected I wouldn’t pay that again

We would stay again.

The staff was nice and the rooms were clean and stocked well.

The breakfast options were pretty limited and the cost of a one room for one night was too expensive (over $200).

probably not going to stay again as we have for the last several years. we will look for an alternative

good location halfway between home & destinations

stayed twice this month both room A/C did not work great. had to set very low just to get comfortable & even then it struggled to cool.
