Clean bed, large comfortable space.

Clean, crisp linens.

Floors were still very wet from cleaning when I arrived. Had to dry them myself with towel. Windows did not have locks until I found first floor room’s window was easily opened. Then front desk person brought locks.

Adequate, however In the future I will examine the shower chair first.

Comfortable bed, quite and over all a nice stay.

At first our door wouldn’t lock, however the staff did promptly call maintenance and they quickly came and repaired the door. Also, our room was a handicap one and the bath/shower chair was not steady and when I sat on it the legs bent and dropped me to the shower floor. I reported it and the staff said they would make a note of it. Thank God I didn’t get hurt!

I always stay here on cross-country trips. The staff have always been wonderful, the rooms clean, and the breakfast beyond what I have experienced at similar hotels.

This was a great place to rest on our journey toward home!

We were happy with everything here! Nice staff, great pool, hot tub and fitness room, great breakfast, great location.

I would suggest warming the pool a bit.

Good for an overnight stay.

the pet friendly room had fake wood flooring instead of carpet which is a much better choice for pet cleanup.

Hallway was noisy and could be heard in the room.

This was a perfect half-way point for our cross-country travel. Friendly staff and clean room.

We slept through breakfast. I'm sure it was lovely.

The only thing that we experienced that was a little concerning was that the housekeeping staff tried to enter our room while we were all still sleeping. It wasn't check out time yet, so we were a little startled. We had bolted the door, though, so they didn't make it into the room.

overall a very good stay

Breakfast was good. could have been stocked better but was restocked after we pointed out shortages. Really enjoyed our evening meal at the steak house attached to facility. was nice to get such a quality steak without having to leave the facility.

didn't care for the pillows on the bed.

Room fixtures seemed a little cheap for a Comfort Inn. Kleenex dispenser was empty. No rack for a second suitcase.

Stay was minimally ok, but the after math of the extreme bird excrement was horrible.

The manager was nice, Larry, a clerk was a grumpy rude old man. We were first put in a room that reeked of smoke, but moved to another room. THe only parking space for handicapped with a ramp to help bring in bags was under a tree. In the am we came to the car, and it was COVERED by bird droppings. COVERED. We stopped several places in town, the welcome center, gas station, two car washes and the museum, and EVERYONE laughed at us and said, You stayed at the Comfort INN last night!. I asked them to pay for a car wash, she gave me $10/00, I had to run it thru twice, which cost me 24.00 and spent 30 minutes cleaning gooey excrement that continued to run down from the crevices around windows and doors., I am home now,ran it thru a decent car wash at home, and dried excrement is still coming out. This was disgusting, and apparently well known thruout the entire town. It cost me time, effort, and was a horrible inconvenience, and caused me to be late for our arrival in Denver. THIS needs to be rectified for future guests, and my stay should at least be reimbursed,. Your motel is a laughing stock in Colby.

Bird excrement literally covering my entire car, which I had just had washed and detailed for the trip. People at every stop laughed and knew that we had stayed at the Comfort Inn. It was a horrible experience.

Enjoyed the stay.

Location. Hot food yummy for breakfast. Room clean.

Outside building needed cleaned. A little TLC as far as running a blower would give a better feeling about the whole property. First impression from walking from car to lobby should be clean sidewalks and curbing
