The rooms smelt like mold and the door to my room looked like someone had tried to break in.

Don't waste your money

The only thing to even consider liking were the pillows

The first room had a strange odor, moved to another room, mold, missing carpet, water stains on ceiling an walls, ceiling was wavy like major leaks had happened. Outside was nasty not taking care of, the front desk lady seemed like I inconvenienced her by asking to switch rooms. For 100 a night after taxes I should not have to have these problems.

I wish I had stayed somewhere else.

It was close to the Hollywood Casino, so I didn't have to drive far to a casino. Although, Hollywood isn't my favorite casino in the area.

Wallpaper was peeling off the wall. Spackle on the ceiling was falling off. The carpet was stained. The air conditioning unit was loud when it kicked on. The complimentary breakfast wasn't much of a compliment. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone other than perhaps a homeless person.

The morning crew staff was perfect Mrs.Joyce is the best she provided the best customer service you could ever ask for it was PAST EXCELLENT it was ABOVE STANDARDS very very perfessional and she had the smile to go with it. I checked out and came back my room wasn't available yet she apologized and she was so helpful and down to earth she went to go help the housekeeper clean the room because she was running little behind which was understandable and she made sure that I only had to wait about 1 0 minutes she made sure that she got me a room she was so sweet and helpful she didn't just stop there she helped her clean the rest of the rooms and I've never seen that I woke up at 921 and called down to the front desk and asked what time is breakfast over with and she said 930 now anyone else would have been like we're getting ready to put breakfast up but she made sure that she waited for me to get out of bed and put on clothes the younger lady in Housekeeping let me know that if I needed anything just to let her know I stayed there 3 days and she told me that each day and to top it off I woke up a little after 11 this morning and called to the front desk to let them know that I was checking out but give me a little time because I had over slept and the owner said not to worry take my time I had taken a shower and everything and not one time did anyone come knocking on my door now that was love the only thing that I didn't like was the lady with the blonde hair had a very nasty attitude she was very loud and she had everyone looking at her she was at the front desk with Mrs Joyce she didn't speak to the customers nor did she smile I don't know was she having a bad day or that's just the way she acts I don't know because that was my first time visiting I enjoyed my stay though and I would recommend them to everyone and I will most definitely be back Thamks.

Location is great being right down the road from 2 casinos

Disappointed with the breakfast. Needs more variety Room had some small pieces of trash like little plastic pieces and a small clothing tag. Vanity in the bathroom was falling off the wall. The smell of smoke. We got a non smoking room which was fine but the hallway and side entrances all smelled like smoke

The room was dirty. Toothpaste on the sink. Dust everywhere. Just gross. We drove home instead of staying.

Run as far away as you can from this hotel

I wouldn't eat it if you paid me

The first room they put us in had a bathroom sink that had not been cleaned sheets were dirty had pubic hair and bugs crawling on the bed I got pics and video of everything. Moved us to another room that smelled like mold and the fridge didn't work and had someone's trash in it so we barely slept we were scared something would crawl us.

Worst room we have ever stayed in. On next visit, will not be staying here.

The cleaning staff were very nice and helpful.

We were given the worst room we have stayed in. Cigarettes burns on bathroom counter, holes in carpet and burnt holes on bed covers. Previous guest must have stolen iron and microwave plate from microwave.

Was a busy weekend hard to find a room so at least I found one

It was overpriced not clean the day staff was friendly the night stuff was not the phone didn't work there was no elevator to get to the second floor making it hard on people with disabilities

The carpet stinks the room was nasty the bathroom tub was nasty the bed was dirty the floor underneath the bed had trash under it had bed bugs

It’s name says it all

Breakfast was good. They’re starting to recover from the pandemic “meals”! Coffee available 24 hrs, hot waffles and breakfast sandwiches available.

Nothing! Everything went flawlessly. Absolutely one of the best Quality Inns I’ve stayed at. Very clean facility well maintained building.

Exceptional

Conveniently located, just a short drive from several casinos. Much more affordable than hotels in Memphis. We had an early flight out of Memphis. Quick and easy 30 minute drive to the airport from here.
