Horrible

The only thing that I liked was the one housekeeper that was there in the beginning of the week. She was very kind. I didn’t get her name. She was the black lady

The way they handled my reservation I had asked for a specific stuff did not get that. The beds were extremely hard and very uncomfortable. When you walk into the building the whole place smells like marijuana really bad. Also one of the attendance of the front desk was drinking a beer. The whole place was not a very good experience. I would recommend people to find another place to stay unless you like the smell of marijuana in an uncomfortable bed to sleep in. Actually, I would like to get part of my money back that I paid for that place because it was not worth it.

Our ac wasn't working and they offered us a new room but didn't have to move because they were able to fix while we were enjoying our family time was greatly appreciated.

The bed was a little hard but my better half said I must have helped me cause I didn't snore.

Don’t stay here

The cleaning lady never cleaned our room I was handed a bottle of cleaning solution and a rag and no one in management or any of the staff offered to make it right they said they were coming to look at the room no one came the only thing that I like is they were nice about the unprofessionalism

the room wasn’t clean we had to clean our own room was only given 5% off which didn’t make it right other peoples stuff was left in our room walls had spiderwebs and I seen a roach

very comfortable

I loved that the place was clean and comfortable they had coffee in the room and in the hallway. The staff was nice and pleasant.

I didn’t like the continental breakfast they had jimmy dean sausage biscuits just sitting out not refrigerated old outdated apple juice and muffins but they had a bar with no hot food

Loved the space in deluxe room for my large family. We would come back if we come to NC again.

Wish breakfast buffet was provided but they had breakfast to go bags. Wish lobby room coffee machine is available daily, not just weekends.

It was close to where my husband was singing at a church.

The smell, People banging on the walls, and the fact I had to put up a 50.00 deposit. Was not mentioned on booking.com. Did not get the hot bar breakfast.

Hotel from hell

My family and I were on vacation. We were asked to leave because my 4 year old autistic son ran through thie lobby. We weren't giving enough time to even collect our belongings. When we came back the following day to retrieve our belongings the hotel had thrown everything in the trash including my wife's heart medication.

it was a great stay for the price a paid, but would upgrade to a better brand next time.

location and price were great for my needs.

beds were not comfortable and tv remote was hard to work. granola bars and juice for breakfast was ok

good the outside photo is a blood spot of my fall

the step to the smoking area didn’t have a ramp and I fell scraped my knee badly and they didn’t have proper first aid kit to help me
