De terror!!

Me asignaron la habitación 226. Fue una pésima experiencia. Habitación sucia, con polvo, pelo en el suelo arrinconados en cualquier esquina. Puerta del baño y almacenamiento de toallas oxidado. Puerta del baño sucia, manchada de un líquido amarillo. Lava manos descuidado pegado por odo lado y cuando se abría la llave sentía agua en los pies. Y lo peor es que había un animal en mi cama. Mi hija de 7 años lo vio, que asco! Tengo foros de toda la cochinada de habitación. Es inaceptable que un hotel pueda funcionanar con tantas irregularidades y mal mantenimiento de sus habitaciones. Necesita urgente una inspección del departamento de salud!!!

Our stay was very nice we enjoyed mostly everything about our stay

The breakfast was good

I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t take my breakfast back to the room. I had to stay in that small area with all them different people. The fact that the pool area wasn’t open was crazy.

Try other options in the area, use this place as a last resort!

This location was horrendous. The room was so dirty, and there was damage everywhere. Writing on everything, cigarette burns, and a moldy smell. I also have not received my $100 deposit, I had to dispute with my bank. The ONLY reason I stayed is because I was traveling with a cranky toddler super late, and we needed rest. Otherwise, I would not recommend, and would definitely never stay again.

Room smelled, dirty, unkept, hotel kept my deposit.

great place for the money. do watch your charge as was over charged and had to wait almost two weeks to get credited

very nice two rooms 2 beds in 1 room. chair and hid-abed in other spacious restaurant on site. very good food

It was close to the interstate.

Property was very dirty and run down. Hair dryer would not work at all Room was very outdated and dirty. Tv wild not work at all, we were told at checkout that they “were working on it”. Apparently there was a cut line somewhere. The AC in the room did not work. At all. We had it on the coolest setting and the coolest it would get in the room was 77°. Not acceptable. The toilet would barely flush. Walls are naturally open thin so you could hear your neighbors and hear doors slam from rooms away.

Location and on-site restaurant

Property was under badly needed renovation and looked derelict.. No telephone service for front desk. 1st room was in the middle of discarded mattresses and furniture with no tv.. 2nd room had a completely broken toilet. 3rd room had tv remote that couldn't turn the TV off and a toilet that had to have the float manually lifted in order to flush. Still waiting for a $20 booking.com credit that seems to be coming through incorrectly as a $20 additional charge. Still waiting for a promised callback concerning an item l left in the room.

Worked very well for our overnight stay. Convenient to the highway

Accommodated my request for a room on the main level as my son uses a walker and stairs can be an issue Was late for breakfast but we were still served Bistro onsite was a bonus as we arrived late and wanted some dinner. Saved us for getting back in the car and taking a change that a restaurant would be open

Definitely doesn’t worth the money spend.

Room was not renovated as advertised and it was dirty, bathtub was also dirty with hair from previous guests. in addiction, there was a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door. At the reception, a blond hair guy was rude when I complained about the room and asked to send someone to clean it, the answer was that the hotel don’t clean daily as they don’t have enough staff for it, because of that he offered a 20 dollars discount which I have never received.

It appears that the room had recently been renovatedd

That being said, the renos did not extend to the bathroom. The toilet seat was almost off ( I fixed that ). There was no hot water and minimal water pressure. The tub was old and the drain was broken

the rooms were not as pictured on the web. the smallest like weed and cleaning products. so bad that we had to cancel one room because it burned my eyes. my son and husband had to sleep in the car.

location, nice pool in a pretty outdoor courtyard area.

bathroom could have been cleaner, tub had a ring around the bottom three inches, after we showered I know why, the tub drainage was backed up and very slow, ankle deep water at the end of a shower in the bottom of tub. an hour after our showers, tub still had two inches or more water in the bottom

Clean room, tv had channels that we liked to watch.

Renovated with hot breakfast should be taken off the name...there was NO breakfast and no one told us until we were up, dressed, and ready to eat.
