It was okay.

The bed was comfortable

The shower had a black stain leading to the drain. People were hanging outside upon arrival playing loud music.

Uncomfortable and hot, room was damp.

Had a reservation thru Booking.com and got there about 8:00 pm and the motel did not have my 6:reservation even though I was showing the person my receipt. Had to book another room more expensive. Got into the room and the a/c was not on and the room was damp everywhere, (it had rained several days in a row. The a/c did nothing to even cool the room down. The next morning we were trying to get an early start and they would not allow us in to get just coffee at 5:55 am due to the lobby not being open.

Definitely an odor. Elevator is old and works that way. Floor boards bend under weight. Rooms just look old.

restroom in lobby was out of order when we arrived. wouldn’t let my wife use the staff restroom. I’d asked for a room downstairs due to my wife disabilities. No note was made, just nonsmoking room.

See above. The breakfast was totally inadequate. Had waffles cereal oatmeal yogurt. No rolls no toast. Nothing I would eat. Coffee and orange juice. No protein. Will not stay here again.

Pay more and stay somewhere else.

Location was ideal for me.

Very noisy upstairs tenant, marajuana from upstairs was so strong it woke us and we couldn’t sleep left early, requested second night be canceled but no response charged for both nights, will never go back.

Ok to spend one night if you have to, but for the money, you can find much better accomodations.

The room was quiet. The location was good for the purposes that I needed.

There were cigarette burns on the covers. The poor pillows had been folded in half and stuffed into their pillow cases making them unusable for sleep. The staff was fair but rather robotic. They said as little as possible with as little effort as possible. You would think that being in the customer service business they would make an effort to be friendly. Unfortunately, they seemed to care less about making any kind of impression.

Conveniently located next to the highway, lots of food options close by, and pet friendly

signs of age & damages that had paint slapped on them in an attempt to cover them up.

This was a good choice and value, definitely a step up from lower priced options in the area.

Friendly desk staff, seemed genuinely interested in providing good service and experience. Room was clean and well prepared. Parking very well lit all night and visibility good for safety. Perimeter bushes which were tall were extremely well thinned and pruned to promote safety and visibility (I suspect that these and at many other properties in past would have been ignored, overgrown, catching trash and encouraging bad behavior. ) This care was intentional and appreciated.

Access to desk area was odd, with no traditional lobby or view of the desk when entering. The common awning/covered carport entrance leads to a utilitarian service entrance and elevator, which you you then go past to get to a small lobby. The desk is tucked in the backside of small lobby out of view.
