A shelter under a bypass is a better option

Nothing!

Tons of roaches crawling in our room Garbage in halls Marijuana smell so strong in hall and came into our room Elevator was stuck so had to take stairs and one of us has an injury so was difficult Breakfast was a joke

I left after 2 hours and will never go back

Absolutely nothing. There was needles in the e elevator and the parking lot

The whole property was in a terrible condition The tv was so static you could barely see it The bed had dirty sheets no sheet protection The hallway was dirty leading up to the room.

Jackson hotel and convention center needs a face lift to be a winner.

I like the entrance and elevator. Parking was cool. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious.

They need to paint the entire place rooms need paint new carpet new furniture better lighting. The heating needed better controls. The elevator sounds like it needed to be serviced squeaky sounds like it might stall or stop between floors.

Nice location. Wish there was better customer service.

The customer service was awful. The front desk clerk was smoking a blunt when I checked in. She proceeded to say that my stay was double the amount that was shown on booking. She used a lot of profanity. Also was telling people business in front of me. The housekeeping staff wasn't friendly either and she barely spoke English.

Everything was amazing. I had no complaints on this motel. The staff the stay and everything was perfect. My new choice for motels in ,Jackoson

There was no issues here. My stay was great and I enjoyed it 100% will be back here again when need be. Excellent everything was excellent

Worst hotel ever

Location was ok

The hotel was not clean I had to buy my own towels and sheets room was never serviced by housekeeping and when I asked they would say the housekeeper has already cleaned the room I had to take pictures and show them to the owner I checked out they continued to charge my card and has been refusing to give me my money back

I want to contact you guys through David and booking and it was a poor policy experience because of everything was great no checked in at about 9:30 went to the store that night and came back about 10:30 p.m. it was a sock in my room red white or blue or black is which and I am homeless I didn't have any socks I walked here from Memphis Tennessee on foot, so I was wondering if I could get a refund through booking or through this hotel that I booked through because this is the worst experience thank you and God bless Signature Brandon C Earl

I didn't I was used by the hotel did a job for allot lease never got paid but was charged full price for 2 months of stay. Was lied on by workers room broken into while asleep and gone also my fiance was hurt and treated very badly also done wrong. I did a job that would have cost them 10000 but never got but $145 in cash I also had to pay for my room that was not clean and property was dangerous.

The worst motel I've ever seen. Cockroaches are crawling right over you in bed. There are no sockets, only in the microwave. The floors are sticky. The rooms are smoky. There is a lamp on the bedside table that is not plugged in, because there are no sockets. The furniture has not changed for 30 years. Everything is old and worn. Some strange personalities are wandering around the corridor. Attention!!! There is no hot water in the shower. Only ice water!!!! The Internet does not load even an ordinary page.

The worse place my husband and I have ever stayed in all our travels.

Not one single thing

I don’t know where to start. First and foremost not a family place. We on our way from PA to TX and stopped to sleep however we couldn’t because the ppl that obviously live there were up all night laying around on the most rotten smelling filthy carpet in hallways and outside the elevator. Our room had a TV and tiny microwave and that’s it not so much as a hook to hang our jackets or a place to put our bags. The bed comforter had cigarette burns and other larger burn holes from who knows what-however given the appearance, demeanor and behavior of the other “guests” one could make a pretty close guess. Ice machine on lower level but no bucket or plastic cups to get any. And the towels once were white but ragged and grey in color. Even tho they were treating the bed for bedbugs when we got to room the sheets were clean and the mattress was comfy. Again NOT a family friendly place.

I liked the location it was in the middle of restaurants and stores with Walmart right up the street

Management was a joke. No one did their job and they were ok with them just sitting on their butt.
