It sucked

The breakfast was crap. No fresh coffe it was 300 a night. I will not stay again nor recommend it to others. It is under construction. No bottled water or anything to get when you check in.

way over priced, too noisy & furniture worn out

it’s too close to Interstate 20, the big rigs shake the building & the windows are super cheap because the highway sounds come right through them.

it was alright. I feel like I over paid for the rooms compared to our weekend stay.

clean, quiet, nice rooms.

front door sensors are faulty, our room wouldn’t lock when we would leave, missing fire alarm, front desk clerk was not Available to check us in. Waited 10 minutes of ringing, calling the front, walking around the lobby to search for someone. card keys wouldn’t work and would have to go all the way back down to reactivate them every time we left our room.

Will not stay there again

One entire side of the room the power outlets didn’t work. Only 1 of 3 lamps worked in the room . Shower was not clean, and missing backsplash tiles rust on the floor and the tub. Convince center was no snacks or drinks.

It was satisfactory

The location was great and guess it would qualify as a hot breakfast but arriving at 7:00 am several v things were no longer available and no one replenished the items gone.

We were disappointed that the tv wasn't working. The receptionist did come and got it working but it was stuck on one channel. Remote control wouldn't change channels hold the guide for making a selection so we finally gave up trying. Missed the basketball playoffs and news in the morning but guess we can live without tv.

Location fine, staff not very helpful

They were fine

Everything was fine except that gave the receptionist three very important pieces of mail to hand off to the postman. She seemed dismissive at the time, but agreed to take them and put them behind the counter. One month later, NONE of that mail has arrived at its destination, nor has it been returned to my address. A call yesterday, though received cordially, didn’t give any answers. Perhaps people aren’t aware that mishandling US mail is a federal crime

bed was soft

it smells very musty the was never NOOO breakfast said they serve it from 630-930 they had nothing not even utensils ….. the housekeeper was in charge of breakfast and cleaning rooms there was only two Jose keepers they can’t communicate with you cause they don’t speak English the room walls dirty the bathtub walls had soap or something stuck on them and I had to clean the tub before even taking a shower the next night we stayed I never got clean towels or the trash thrown or the room cleaned.
