The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great. The laundry area was an extra bonus since we had been traveling many days.

We had flies in our room. Several of them.

on Friday and Saturday evenings, the hotel was a drive thru cartel drug mall.

Alpine retreat in cattle country.

The room was comfortable and had plenty of room. Owners have done a great job in maintaining the room. Mini fridge was a larger mini fridge with a freezer area. Restaurant on site was fantastic. Breakfast had a wide variety hot and cold choices.

Bad Stay… will not choose this hotel again!

The alpine lodge restaurant was amazing and the staff there were great.

The front desk people did not honor the price we got on Booking. Com and charged us extra $24 for our pets. This charge was not mentioned to us while checking in at the hotel nor checking out nor was mentioned on Booking. Com. They sneaked that charge in on a bill that was emailed to us and charged our credit card. When I called the hotel about it, the lady at the front desk said she is going to have the manger call me but he never did!

So close to Freeway made itextremely loud and hard to sleep, Workers also started up Deisel trucks at 4 am.

We were exhausted from driving and it was a terrible stay.

The carpet was totally wet. Like maybe it was cleaned that day and never dried. It was totally weird.

Room was smelly, Dirty towel in the shower from previous occupant. Mold in the shower. Shower/bath smelled like sewer. Televison reception was atrocious.

I liked a lot. door opened to my car. Parking in front of room for safety. Wi-Fi , breakfast included.

we had dinner the night before at the restaurant and it was not good at all.

Met all our needs!

right off the freeway, dog friendly and the rooms were clean, the place was quiet and it was nice to have an area of grass for our dog. the 10% voucher for dinner at the restaurant connected to the hotel was nice and the free breakfast was delicious as well! we stayed here on our way to Texas and on our way home to Calif.

Based on the price you guys charged was not to our satisfaction.

Breakfast was good every morning!! And service was good.Location was great!!

Chairs in room were sticky;I used white wipes to clean them and when done all came out dirty brown!! Hairs on the floors in the shower and was not from us.Our room was non smoking yet right outside our door was a cigarette tray and every time we opened our door smokers would leave there cigarettes burning and smoke came right into our non smoking room.Really guys??

It was a decent room, needed a shower curtain, found 2 bugs one big one and a lizard in the room. I guess they really do

These facilities are outdated in my opinion, I would never visit this place again.

This property was conveniently close to my husband’s job. Also the staff was friendly.
