Y a rien autour.

Bed comfortable, easy to find.
We had paid for breakfast included in deal, but got email just before we arrived to say only do breakfast now at weekend. On asking nearest place to get a meal,we were told 24 mIles back the we we had come or 18 miles further along. We looked at booking in both those places before picking Cathedral valley, so chose to keep going and go back to sleep after a further 40 miles at the end of a long days driving, not ideal. No offer of rebate! We were thirsty after the long journey and were offered only a Coke or bottled water out of a vending machine. We returned to Hanksville for breakfast next morning, not the early up and away start to the day we had planned.

This is an excellent option if you want to explore Capitol Reef National Park. Very clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and dito shower.

Loved that it was close to Capitol Reef and an easy drive. It was quiet and comfortable. Outside at night, you can see the Milky Way from the back of the Inn.
The lights in the parking lot don't go off or dim at night but the curtains block most of it out.

It was pretty much the only place between Goblin Valley SP and Capitol Reef NP.
I was told in advance that breakfast would be unavailable due to lack of staff.

Good location, check-in went smoothly, nice desk staff. Room was spacious and had all amenities I needed.
Unfortunately due to staffing issues they were unable to offer breakfast during my stay.

Shocking breakfast, tiny plastic plates, only cereal, no fruit. Plastic utensils.
Our bedroom door couldn't lock and the security lever was broken off.i rang reception and the girl said that the room next door the toilet didn't work.

One day they closed at 823, just when my husband was going to go eat. Supposed to be open until 9
No one is never at motel, if there was an emergency. Never seen an adult at motel the four days we were there. One night left by 8 pm when they are to be there checking g customers in tell 9 pm. Turned all lights off, very dark, not even motel sign was on. On crutches , so was to dark to even go outside. We have been going there for years and absolutely loved this place. We usually go there 2 to 3 times a year. Usually have a week with kids and grandchildren. This year they didn't get to come, but would of been disappointed because they wouldn't of gotten to use pool even though it was open this year. I called at least 3 times to verify pool would be open. We would be coming back in September, but we will choose to go somewhere else. We have went thru 4 different managers thru the years, but this year was ridiculous. This place was like a home away from our home. We got to know everyone and made good bond with all the other managers. But this year just have young kids working is ridiculous. I know they live down the road and always riding atv's back and forth. All the others at least stayed at the room they have at motel. This is not the way your going to keep motel up and going. It use to be filled up every night. So disappointed this year!!!!

Breakfast consisted of French toast, cereal, toast, or bagels, milk or juice, and some yogurt. It was sufficient. The staff was great. Very friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Not a thing.

Could park in front of room.
Not close to any town so dinner options were limited.

Good option for who wants an accommodation between Bryce and Canyonlands NPs. The closest town is about 15min drive, for some people this might be a problem, but for us was beautiful to enjoy the sky and the peaceful vibe.
Room size is great and spacious and the staff are super friendly.

The room was clean, the girl who checked us in was friendly and there were some pretty views from the hotel. It was a good location for exploring Cathedral Valley area.
The pool was closed and the breakfast could have a few more options.

Staff were very friendly and helpful!
Breakfast could have had more options; toast, bagels, pasteries.

Clean place for a night
Room rate was high
Breakfast was a pack of instant oats & juice. I rather they don't advertise free breakfast & lower the room rate

Room was good.
There was mismatch in the date of reservation, when we checked in the staff could not find the reservation on the date we booked, the reservation was showing up on the next day that scared us. Staff was able to provide the room because it was available in their system otherwise we would have been screwed.
The person at the counter could have been friendlier in this situation.

Considering there are almost no other hotel options if you are travelling from Capitol Reef to Canyonlands, this is one is ok. Room is big, but outdated. Facilities are ok.
Totally indifferent staff. Dirty room with other people hair and dead cockroaches.

It’s quiet and we got a good sleep.
Breakfast was minimal. Granola bar and oatmeal which you had to ask for. No soap in the shower or extra toilet paper. They are definitely operating on a budget.
