Freundliches Personal, freier Kaffee, schöne Veranda
Viel zu teuer, kleine Zimmer, alte, zerkratzte Möbel, schmuddeliger Teppich, Im Bad Schimmel an der Decke und unter dem Novilon, alles uralt

Location close to Capitol Reef, good restaurant on premises.
Room lacked a bit character.
3.9
Friendly staff, perfect location
The room didn't have a coffee machine or a fridge. I don't think those two are too much to ask for at this pricepoint. Those were basically the only disappointments of the room.
3.9
it was nice to have the restaurant on site.
room was too rustic. no coffee in the room.
3.9
great location and beautiful scenery
Parking, and price was way too high for a room that had no amenities whatsoever....you are just paying for the views

The location was great. They had dog treats.
The room was terrible, dirty, stains on carpet, old, and furniture was beat up overall really bad. Breakfast was a joke bad coffee and cold pastries. There was really no good place to walk your dog. We were on the side with the poor view and even though we arrived very early and were staying multiple days they told us that because we booked through booking.com that was the only side we could have a room on. Also lights we out on the exterior hallway so we need a flashlight to walk to the car at night. The room has no amenities. No blown dryer, frig or microwave. It was the most expensive place we stayed on our month long Utah trip and it was the worst and most expensive. Once arrived and saw it we wanted to leave but did not have any choice since everything else was sold out. If we could have left we would have.

It’s always clean quiet and its location proximity to Capitol reef
not much might help if there was a microwave, but not the end of the world

beautiful views
rooms were small for the price. restaurant is expensive. lots of flies in our room, maybe supply for swatters in each room.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed to change our schedule and they were very accommodating. The location is amazing.
The hotel and rooms are very rustic. It is somewhat like staying in a 1980's motel. The bed was uncomfortable. The TV didn't work well.

Restaurant onsite has great food and staff were very friendly. Complimentary tea or coffee in morning with breakfast snack.

The Rim Rock Inn is pure funk & friendliness. A historic landmark in an area currently overrun with développement.

excellent view, nice little cabin.
a lot of flies in cabin

Good location for a quick overnight stay. Good restaurant
No fridge in the room.

Friendly Staff
No..Fridge, Micro..seems standard in hotels/motels these days. Shower, so small you could barely turn around in, but definitely couldnt bend over

Pleasantly surprised to have coffee, danishes, and fruit available in the morning when no breakfast option was advertised. Location allowed us to easily go back and forth to Capitol Reef as well as head out on the 12 to Escalante. Not too far from restaurants.
Tight room - minimal space between 2 beds with one pushed up against the A/C. Basic cable channels only. Soap/ body wash dispensers difficult to get adequate product from. People parked blocking the stairs making loading/ unloading difficult.

We were rolling into town well after lobby hours. They had been nice enough to tape our paperwork to the door and leave us instructions on how to get to our room. Made the stretches without cell service less concerning since they were willing to help us out even if arriving late.
We had issues with out bathroom functioning properly night one. Got it sorted the following morning.

Accommodating staff. Location, view
Gravel parking lot. breakfast

Rooms are small but clean and cute. Employees were courteous and helpful. Thr attached restaurant is lovely.
WiFi connection was bad or didn't work for me, which was annoying.

Location view
Beds were tiny and very hard toilet roll holder fallen off wall. No shampoo or soap dispensers empty. Beds were super tiny and rock hard

The location right basically in Capitol reef area-the decor was nice but the rooms smelled mildewy and had bugs growing in different places all over the room-we complained about the first room and no Wi-Fi then were miraculously connected to the restaurants Wi-Fi and given a “ better” room-not saying much cuz door was left open letting more and more bugs in than were already “living” there-had I known I would have camped in the park or switched hotels-$120. 00 for a buggy place with insect and water damage everywhere was ridiculous-at least with camping you know about the bugs firsthand-we were calling another oroperty(The Noor)- on the phone when we were offered the “better room”-would have rather slept in my car
Everything-too much to say but I have pictures to prove it-yuck!!!!😡😡😡😡😡

Location and the price
The place is dated but adequate.. We come back every year.

They did a late check in for us and made everything so easy
