Staff was very helpful in getting me into room before check-in time. I was just being released from medical rehab so that was good.
The room was a bit rundown in that there were not knobs on closet doors and mainly, refrigerator did not work. Had an incident where room key that had worked earlier did not work by afternoon. This was inconvenient.

The location was great for my purposes, the bed extremely comfortable, and we had room for handicap which was great for my husband. The breakfast was very disappointing.
The scaled-back breakfast.

The free ice was nice. Convenient location. A/C worked wonderfully!
The bathroom wasn't clean, no room cleaning or towel replacement unless you asked. They actually ran out of towels. Definitely didn't smell sanitized.

I can't say that I liked something about the place. We left as soon as we could.
We spent a night with my husband with whom we where passing through Abington. Next morning while he was taking a shower to leave he found a tick biting him. Considering that VA has a problem with Lyme disease in the area we where really worried. We spoke to the person in charge at the front desk but since it was Sunday and we had booked through booking.com they couldn't do anything at that point. They gave us an email with the managers name but they never replied our emails.

It was alright. Could have been better. I prefer cream for coffee instead of powdered stuff. Waffle batter was empty, and it was 6:30. No way it was all used by then.

Breakfast was not great, nothing really you choice. Our last stay at this hotel a few years ago seemed a like better. We thought with the renovation that things would have been a lot nicer.

It was quiet and clean and the coffee down stairs was great.
The beds were very hard and the staff was a bit lacking.

Excellent friendly staff. Very comfy room and bed. Exceptional shower. Very clean sink and shower water. Quiet room.
Did not have pack and play for children. Breakfast was functional, but seemed to be out of some of the food advertised in the breakfast area.

Clean, close to work with friendly staff. A good location that doesn't cost a fortune.

Breakfast

Breakfast is great if you get to enjoy it between 6-7:30. We were late and found a few dried eggs, no gravy.
Some outside noises …in hall and above were disturbing. Bed was very comfortable.

Room was clean. Close to interstate.
Hallways had trash. Morning we left small alcohol bottles on hallway. Chip bags in hallway. Bread crumbs on carpet multiple days.

Bathroom was dirty, bugs on the floor, hair all over the shower walls and the toilet paper was used.

The lady at check in was great. Friendly and a good source for local information.
The door to our room was not locked when we arrived. The inside security lock had been left open preventing the door from closing. Felt uncomfortable going in. Also the price was unbelievable for what has to be considered an average hotel room.
