Great location and very clean

Food, room. I came back after a meeting around 12. The bar /restaurant had plenty of people. I was it and wanted to get a drink/watch basketball game. First of all the security guy who was checking if one had a pass to go inside of the hotel and whose job was NOT manning the bar entrance told me they were close in a rood way. Then again. I told them I could ask them myself. There was a plenty of staff inside. I asked for a drink, the answer was a simple “no”, not even a slightest attempt to help. I understand they were something like 10 minutes finished but in all honesty they could’ve asked if I am staying at the hotel or not for the starter. I seriously don’t understand how it all goes together: roodness, no desire to go an extra mile for a customer, and a price close to USD 1,000 for a room the size of a rat hole The breakfast was the worst I can remember. In the past 2 months I stayed at the Baccarat, Royalton park, Four seasons SFO, Raffles Istanbul, Rosewood Hong Kong, and Montreal palace, Anassa Cyprus. None was more expensive. All were infinitely better.

Good value for the price you pay

Nice and spacious room, better size and equipped than most hotels in NY. Not as run down as some other places and good quality for the price paid. Very comfortable beds.

Horrendous prices for food, breakfast area super small and super crowded.

Was ok, but I wouldn't stay here again.

The location is excellent. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean, relatively new.

The doors have huge gap at the bottom and you can hear everything. I wouldn't stay there with kids. Our next door guest had parties every night with loads of people and music. Was horrible experience. We couldn't sleep. Nothing is soundproof and there should be policies or rules of how many people are allowed in a room / having parties. I wouldn't stay here again.

Wonderful staff

Great rooms, cleaning service were great. They noticed we were coming home with bottles of water every night so they just started supplying free spring water to the room. Very thankful - it is HOT in July

Strange art in the lobby, freaked my son out. New York hotels are very classy I know but it was still a negative experience for us. Some other kids liked it though!

Very disappointing experience

Front office service was very very poor. Check-in experience was poor. Bell desk service was poor. Duty manager offered lip service but no action.
