Fantastic location but very expensive.

Fantastic location. Excellent gym & public spaces the lobby. Clean rooms.

Beds were small doubles. Not much space for a couple. Very expensive stay.

We would stay there again. We loved the location and the rooms were comfortable.

The location was perfect, a short walk to Central Park and Times Square, and lots of restaurants nearby as well. We had breakfast at the Starbucks in the lobby every morning which was the perfect way to start the day. The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed.

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. We had spent the day traveling and couldn't check in until several hours later. We were traveling with other people and stored our items with them while we waited. Our room was on the 22nd floor - it's nice to be on a high floor but the elevators take forever. Be prepared to wait. Our sink leaked on 2 separate occasions and flooded the bathroom floor. The staff was quick to address the problem and fix it, however.

L’emplacement est parfait!

L’ensemble du personnel n’est pas du tout aimable, semble agacé par la moindre question! La chambre sent extrêmement mauvais, Le wifi est cher alors que le prix de la chambre est déjà tres cher pour la qualité de l’hôtel.

Un hotel correcto en pleno centro de Manhattan

La ubicación es estupenda, cerca de Times Square y de dos paradas de metro. Hay un Starbucks dentro del hotel que para desayunar antes de salir es ideal.

La limpieza muy justa. El personal de recepción muy seco y poco cooperativo. Tampoco me gustó lo de los impuestos no contemplados ni descritos en la página de reserva.

Horrible.

It’s dirty, outdated, overpriced. We were charged to store language for $6 a piece regardless of size, so we had to spent over $100 for this “luxury” we booked the room for 3 people with breakfast included, however only 2 of us had breakfast included.

Never again with Sheraton @ Times square.

Breakfast - Good. Hudson front desk staffs are amazing and very professional. Room - Clean and room service is an excellent. Location - Good Other staffs excluding fronts desk for check in were nice and very helpful.

Check-in desk/front staff was not Welcome to guests. Check-in time too long. There was an empty check in desk for registration although guests were waiting in a long line in the lobby.

I had a pleasant stay.

I liked the location. Everything is close by and I felt pretty safe compare to other hotels near Times Square.

The lobby looked a little messy. Like there’s not a lot of seating for guests that are waiting and I continuously saw people seating on the floor and a lot of bags in the middle.

Location- a short walk to the metro , Times Square and Central Park

Staff looked busy and unhappy . On arrival after midnight we joined a queue of over 30 people with only one member of staff covering two queues initially. The other staff member was dedicated to airline pilots. Like us, many people had children . The manager came out and explained many flights had been delayed and unfortunately he couldn’t help with the check in . After asking a bottle of water was provided as refreshment and we were told the second queue shouldn’t have been there - just one queue . There was no real apology and we would have expected better service on arrival at a well know hotel . The wait was long especially after being up for over 24 hours . Surely an automated check in would help in busy times as the hotel check was constantly busy and to cover delayed planes when staff went home . Our flight wasn’t actually delayed, we eventually got to our room for a few hours sleep . Time in New York wasted due to staffing issues. For a few days the room wasn’t fully cleaned and coffee wasn’t left. Overall the location was great but service poor .

El desayuno me pareció caro y malo. Las fotos no coincidian con lo que booking expuso en la página web, la recepcionista que me recibió fue nefasta, el cuarto prometía un escritorio y refrigerador y no tenía, durante más de 5 días no nos llevaron cafe al cuarto. me pareció caro y malo.

De entrada que cumplieran con lo que booking decía, y aparte supuestamemnte ya me habían cobrado los impuestos y al llegar me cobraron 800 usd extras de impuestos que deseo me sean reembolsados.

Not good at all. Wouldn’t come here again

The location and that’s it.

It the exact opposite of a clean hygienic place. The bed sheets were not changed for 5 consecutive days and they had stains on them. Same thing for the bed covers. The crumbs on the floor were still on the floor for multiple days in a row. The new towels they’d change and give us were also dirty and Stained. When they found we had our own shampoo in the bathroom they stopped putting any shampoo which should be done regardless as part of the service.

The noise from other rooms and the hall was very loud. The queue to check in, check out and bag check was beyond a joke. Pillows were awful, as was the mattress. Everything in the hotel looked tired. Queue for the Starbucks also terrible and if you didn't make the morning, couldn't buy a bottle drink in there after.

I've always stayed at a Hilton or Hyatt before. I should have stayed with them.

There was no refrigerator in the room. Pillows was so bad. You need 4pillows in order for your head to be comfortable. The first day we check in, windows and coffee table was so dusty & to think that was our first day. Housekeeping didn't do a good job, bathroom looks like it wasn't cleaned at all, we were given towels that was ripped and had holes in it. There's 4 of us and yet we were given tiny bottles of shampoo & conditioner.

Muy mala atención de la recepción y cero predisposición para ayudar

No pudimos quedarnos porque no aceptaban efectivo, pero tampoco se molestaron en avisarnos antes ni en darnos una mano para resolver el tema, simplemente nos dejaron abandonados a nuestra suerte, a las 21hs en NY con la familia en la calle, buscando otro hotel
