The location and price is great. General manager Tangi is nice. Friendly staff. Rooms have refrigerators and air conditioners that work good. Two top stove that I haven’t used but sure it’s ok. Walking distance from a couple restaurants.
Roaches everywhere and haven’t had my room cleaned (vacuumed new towels covers changed) since I been here. Needs a full bug fuming throughout entire building cause they crawl outside of doors and on the beds while u sleep.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and exceeded my expectations for the price I paid! Definitely will be returning!
You have to pay a deposit if you're a local resident.

Got a roof in I’m guessing old building looked like a horror movie room smelled like pee and the front desk lady said she wasn’t sure if they cleaned that building bc she doesn’t go there :0 and I know why she said that

I liked that it had a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable.
The staff wasn't very pleasant and I did see a few roaches in my room and in the hallway. They did not change our bedding at all and the wifi never worked. I stayed 10 days and I had to pay for my room twice while I was there.

Location is central to several necessary businesses during extended stays
Unkept. The difference in the treatment of a guest based on which building they stayed in. Smoking or Non

Nothing
The manager is rude and unfriendly and unhelpful

Very ran down and dirty. Do not stay here, it is grimey and smells like weed and cigarette smoke inside the building. Pay the extra money for a decent hotel, don't rent a room here. There is no elevator in the second building, so good luck bringing luggage up the stairs.

Good location
My credit card was fraudulently used minutes after I checked in.
Everything is dirty staff are rarely present. Even the upgraded rooms have trashy filthy furniture, staff acts like they are doing you a favor to allow you to check into what can best be described as a homeless shelter, there us a kitchen but nothing at all in it so If you dont travel with your kitchenware the kitchen is useless. Best to bring your own linen and towels too.

Didnt find any bugs
Dirty, homeless shelter, ad does not depict the truth about this place. They decide which reservations they will keep and which ones they cant find. My credit card was hacked and had money transfers made that I did not make within 10 min of handing over my credit card that luckily the credit card company caught immediately so my card was frozen thankfully I only ise the card for work related hotel stays. The place is filthy, they may have a kitchenette but there is nothing in it so if you dont travel with your pots pans silverware plates glasses then kitchen is useless, microwave rusted out. Carpets stained and sticky cigarette burns on floor and on the comforter so bring your own bedding pillows were flat and dirty, parking a car that isnt beat up wrecked or has windows wont last long, people walk by checking the doors on your car to see if they can get in. No amenities at all not even a hair dryer, so many stains on the single office chair at the table area you have to cover it, couch worn out and stained smear marks across mirror where is was wiped just in the middle, run down shelter with a single chair and pipes sticking out of the ground inside. No one in office so once you find they stole your credit card information and made charges to the account you cant go back to confront them. The price is cheap but once you go get the items you need for kitchen bed and bath it is no longer a bargain. The homeless milling about all day will hit on you trying to come to your room to give you a “massage” its a scary place. I was there for work on night shift so who knows what happens from 6pm till 730am but daytime is frightful. Now have to wait for new credit card to replace old one. I let manager know about this but naturally nothing was done.

Great Value and very efficient staff.
Would have liked it better if they had a pool or options by the day for a stay.

The location of the property is great as its around everything. But the traffic in the area is so bad
The manager of the property could have been a little nicer. She was so rude and hateful.
