The rooms have so much space. The larger bathroom was wonderful. Breakfast was great both morning. Staff members were very friendly and helpful (Alice and Jill especially)

The staff were very friendly
Loud noises all night long from neighboring rooms. The air conditioner was very loud and sounded like it was getting ready to break down. The walls in the room and bathroom were dirty as well as the bathroom counter and floor.

Not much
For the price you pay you’d think it would have the minimums but it was like staying in a cheap overly trendy youth hostile. Worn out mattress and pillows, the thinnest nylon sheets, teeny tiniest fridge, you have a bar with some hangers in place of a closet or dresser, I mean they can’t even put the trash liners in the can (they’re just draped over the side). Not terribly clean to start with, cobwebs in all the ceiling can lights, dust piles in the corners and and around the bed. Several little plaques in the room stated they did hospitality services every other day but that never happened. If it was a budget hotel it would have been fine but to pay standard hotel rates and then get this….

Location and fun look

The lobby area is unique and fun, two words normally not used to describe a hotel lobby, but when a large part of it is bright colors, fun seating, and a family game area including foosball how else do describe it?! The beds were comfortable, and pillows were so soft. Great water pressure for an enjoyable relaxing shower experience. Breakfast was good, nothing overly outstanding but enough to satisfy any morning cravings.
Who builds such a nice hotel with an indoor pool and forgets the hot tub/ whirlpool? Sauna? This place obviously does. It's such a nice clean pool area, but it seemed small and lacking some of the amenities needed to relax muscles and joints after a persons trip around this beautiful country.

Everything was real nice clean. The staff was amazing.
The shower is terrible. Water flows out onto the floor. Whoever came up with that idea was a moron.

The front desk girl (Jackie) was friendly & apologetic.
We DID NOT stay at the property! As we were at the desk to check it, a guest came down with a disgusting complaint. His wife’s cellphone had been laid on the comforter screenside down and when he looked at it, it was covered in skin cells from the bed and there were pubic hairs all over the sheets. We thought it might be and isolated case so we check in to the property, went upstairs to our 2 rooms on the 2nd floor and found our 4 beds had been slept in as well. TOTALLY DISGUSTED by this, we immediately checked out!!!

It was quiet. Breakfast was OK. Staff was friendly.
Upon checki-in the person working the front desk came to work sick. The pool was shut down. This was especially disappointing as we were staying there on vacation and wanted to spend some relaxing time in the pool. The amenities indicated that coffee makers were in the room. However, our room did not have a coffee maker, and when we wanted coffee we had to go down to the lobby. You can only use the wifi if you are a Hilton member, which is annoying as most good hotels offer that to all guests. Housekeeping never came to our room to collect trash or bring fresh towels.

The staff (Cody, Jade & Rob or Bob) and the ladies that cleaned the rooms, unfortunately I did not get their names. But these exceptional employees treated me and my family like their family. They were always asking if we needed anything or how everything was. We were their for the funeral of my aunt that was very unexpected. And your employees were very helpful in making this an easier time for us. It was greatly appreciated and we feel like we left with some new friends. Just want to say thank you for giving them a place to work that they enjoy it so much that it flows so naturally to their guests. Great job. I will highly recommend the Tru brand but especially this location. Also really enjoyed the patio and game areas. Very nice spaces for not only family and friends traveling together but also a great area for people to socialize and make new friends.
The doors to the rooms are a bit heavy, my husband is disabled and it was a little bit of a challenge to get the door open and hold it open while helping him get in the room. The pretty cover on top of the bed is actually uncomfortable, it is scratchy. But honestly this would not stop me from staying again or recommending to others.

Pool was down, which is one of the main reasons
We booked we have stayed in several tru hotels and loved them went out of our way to stay here and the pool was down: kids were extremely upset. Breakfast was very minimal. And Rooms were tiny compared to others we’ve stayed in couldn’t even get the luggage rack in past the beds

The closeness to to everything.
Had to change rooms when we got there after we had brought everything up to the room. The blinds were broken and stuck in the down position not allowing sunshine in.
