Disappointing

The location was great. It was about a 10 minute walk to Allstate Arena. There is also a nice park less than 10 minute walk.

Right out the gate, it was hard to hear that they didn't have complimentary breakfast. I thought that was listed in the amenities. While it was disappointing, the hotel also had no up and running vending machines--they were all broken. My wife and I had no intention of waiting until 11am to check-out; we wanted to check- out much earlier because we had a 12 hr drive ahead of us. First, the front desk workers are there from 10am-10pm. There are no overnight staff working the desk. They told us if we needed anything to call the after hours line. I called at least 3 times and never got an answer. There was no signage or procedure listed anywhere in our room or in the lobby for how to handle early check-out. So, we felt stuck. We wanted to leave around 7am, but since there was no way to get in contact with anyone, we thought we had to wait to speak to someone in person at 10am. Luckily, we had the idea to just go ahead and put our stuff in the car around 9am. As we got to the lobby, my wife noticed out of the corner of her eye a little pile of room cards that seemed to be started impromptu by other guests who had similar plans to check-out early. Of course as mentioned before there was no signage or anything indicating that was the procedure. Better communication, actually having amenities, and being more available are the things we hoped from this experience--btw this is the first hotel in our last 4 concert trips and one major vacation to different cities LA, ATL, Charlotte, Raleigh, and Bangkok that hasn't had a coffee machine.

Very good

The heating/ac unit was a bit noisy even with Earplugs but as I stayed only a few nights it wasn't all that bad, just a bit uncomfortable as I am a light sleeper on most nights.

stayed the night before our flight out of Ohare. Decent place to stay for a short period

Nice to have the kitchenette available

no shuttle to the airport but close enough a cab or uber isn't too expensive

Never again !!!

Night staff was really friendly. Morning staff was very rude pretty much ignoring our complaints.

First we find a old pair of shoes under the bed we noticed in the morning and a used bar of soap in the shower hair on the wall so we switched rooms and then we found a old cup of coffee in the microwave. Fire alarms going off then a lobby full of police Worst experience I've ever had. Now wondering if we had clean bedding. SMH.

Jazmina at the front desk was awesome 👏.

The first room had not been cleaned. There were towels on the floor in the bathroom. Sheets and blankets on the bed in a pile. The TV was on and there was trash in the room. The second room someone had smoked in. The third one was ok, but the bed was awful. I was charged by booking.com and then again on-site. This was not a good experience

I was given the wrong room key . Then after they “corrected “ the error and when I checked out it was another room! Luckily I noticed the error before time and I was able to call to correct it . Very upset and super unorganized hotel. No communication.

One of the employee stole my brother $300 boots. Plus they put his wife and him in an renovated room that wasn't finished.
