Jennifer at the front desk was very nice! Bob was also nice. Location is great wish it was a different hotel there!

Where do I start? Wi-Fi is AWFULLLL!!! Dirty carpets, dirty walls, rude housekeeping, they give you into a smoking room if you have a pet or service animal which is ILLEGAL!!! Housekeeping will pound on your door even if you ever do not disturb sign out or have told them please do not bother me, people fight in the parking lot and they have people permanently living there including the town drunk who will definitely harass you and make you feel uncomfortable! I was washing my hands one day and an ant fell out of the ceiling vent into my luggage, where I still had clothes in it! I asked to move it was received with much harassment! Gave this place several chances to do right by me and was constantly met with minimal hospitality. Spend 10 more dollars and go ANYWHERE else!

Comfortable budget hotel, which but lacked a hair drier, but had a microwave and mini refrigerator

I liked the room having a refrigerator and microwave. That was an unexpected bonus

Not only was there no shampoo provided (which I could have perhaps lived without) - but there wasn't a hair drier provided. So even if I had brought my own shampoo, I would have had to leave my room in winter, with wet hair, in the cold

they cleaned the room everyday. this doesn’t happen at most hotels since Covid they clean the room every three days

For a comfortable stay at reasonable cost within walking distance of downtown, this worked.

I caused myself a major problem. I left my phone in a friend's car, and of course I couldn't call him, as I had no phone. The night manager was very understanding and helpful. I tried to pay him or at least give him a tip to show my appreciation, but he adamantly refused to take anything.

This motel is very clean and quite adequate, but it is an older motel. I was fine with this, and thought it was excellent given the comparatively lower rates.

Good, affordable & comfortable choice.

Location was convenient to my itinerary. Room offered a clean, comfortable & quiet & space. No breakfast though.

Offer Breakfast or at least a coffeemaker in the room. Shower curtain was one of those flimsy ones so once water is turned on the water pressure ‘sucks’ curtain inside tub.

I would not recommend it stay there again.

Only the price.

When called to request a first floor room the person in the phone was rude and did not help. Same experience when we checked in. Room had so much furniture in room you could not walk around bed.

Stardust Naperville....worth it!

Water pressure was awesome. Location was good. Refrigerator and microwave came in handy. Priced right.

The bed was definitely beyond its lifespan and the sheets were old... the carpet needs to be thrown out and replaced.

Watch for scams!!

Location was good.

The staff tried to scam!! Booked and paid for a 2 queen room. Was told at check in that they didn’t have any available so they put me in a 2 double room. I asked about the price difference and was told they were the same price. The lady at the front desk said her boss (the owner) told her to move me to the double room. Had to contact Booking.com and have them contact the hotel and tell them to refund me the difference. Hotel was dingy and dirty. Cigarette burns in the blankets. Definitely will not be staying there anymore.
