The man who called me to confirm I was coming was pleasant and very welcoming upon arrival, walking me to the room when I couldn't understand directions. The room was clean and quiet. Morning coffee is nice but how about something besides powedered creamer and sugar? The four chairs near the coffee were not set down aftet cleaning the floor. I didn't feel welcome to sit there. Pool looked nice but not open till 10 a.m. a disappointment. Gteat for a cheap overnight stay enroute.

The receptionist were friendly and kind that’s the only compliment that I can give.
Upon entering our room we were met with garbage still in the cans running over onto the floors. The funk was so AWFUL it almost knocked me, my husband and two grandkids to our knees. There we’re ends of pizza and a half eaten can of refried beans in one bed clearly the bed wasn’t made. The other bed looked like someone was a serious tobacco chewer. That crap was all over the sheets and inside of one of the pillowcases along with corn nibbles and green peas. That crap was wet and chewed to the max UGH!! I Don’t Get It! There was this crunching sound every where we walked in the room. My Grand daughter pointed out that there was what look to me like Walmart brand cornflakes, sand and crickets all over the floor. The bathroom please let’s not go there. The bathroom was unimaginable. I guess somebody didn’t feel a need to flush the toilet because they left 3 light green and brown Dookie logs in the toilet. You can tell that they were left in the toilet a very long time because that mess was so huge and swollen it looks like they were trying to escape out of the toilet. Not to mention there were “Roaches”yeah you heard me right ROACHES were all in the shower in the window sill and all underneath the sink. The refrigerator had so much hair in it ,it looks like somebody gave Sasquatch a quick haircut and instead throwing it away in the trash they decided to ditched it in the frig. EWWW WAH!!!! It was so nastyI almost hurled. Oh and before I go. There were toenails galore! Clippings all on the nightstand that strunk like you wouldn’t believe. It had brown crap all under the toenails that smelled like BOO-BOO. P-Ewww. 😷 I guess that we’re feeling generous and left him as souvenirs for the next guest. My grand kids and I went to get ice and right in front of our very eyes was this man who was burping and scratching his butt crack with force. I mean his entire arm looked like it was barricaded in his butt.

Requested 1st floor, made reservations far enough ahead that I expected to be accommodated. Elevator and hall stank of cigarettes. Only coffee in the morning and it was cold.

The location was great. However, I learned that location wasn't everything.
The staff couldn't have cared less if anyone had come. They were not polite, nor did they have answers. always, "I don't know." I had a three-day stay, and yet they only approved a night's stay on the door card, requiring me to go back to get it updated each day.
I had a non-smoking, disabled room. The hallways, room, sheets, and blanket stunk of cigarettes. On Monday, they hammered and sawed until 8 pm. There was shouting and screaming on Tuesday night between 2:30 am and 4:30 am. I called to see why I was awakened, and the staff hung up without a reply. Then, he turned off my phone so that I couldn't call again. The wifi was iffy (on and off). The television channels were pathetic; you needed to sign up for Netflix, HULU, or Disney (and pay a fee) to watch movies, as far as I could tell.
I told the staff the heater didn't work, and they asked why I hadn't notified them (in an accusatory tone). I didn't turn it on until 10:30 pm, so I thought it was too late to fix it. However, they did have the heater fixed for my last night.

I liked that the property accept animals with no deposit
.
After I booked the room I went up to our room and the latch held the door open so the room was already opened. Went in the room and no blanket on the bed when asked for one they couldn’t accommodate me. Even though 5hey accept pets with no deposit they do not enforce dogs to be on a leash.
