I would highly recommend the Budget Inn.

The Motel, is clean, comfortable and close to food, drink and sights of St Augustine. The owner was very helpful and even provided us with bottled water upon check in and check out. Just realize you are staying in a smallish, local motel and not a luxury suite at the Hilton.

All was good. No problems.

Great stay!

We didn’t have breakfast. Location was just perfect. Not a long walk over bridge.

The only small personal issue. The location of the shampoo and body wash dispensers should be moved from right under shower head. Couldn’t lean forward to get right under shower head without hitting dispensers and accidentally dispensing the liquids.

Location was good. A very basic hotel would have paid less somewhere else..but the fact that we were in St Augustine- price was good

Price, and at night street was VERY noisy- but hotel can't do anything about that

Great little budget hotel. Clean and comfy with nice owners!

Good location - Easy walk to historic downtown area. The owner is very nice and the room was basic, but clean and comfortable.

A bit of traffic noise that calmed down after midnight or so.

Excellent value for clean, convenient lodging

The Budget Inn offers clean, safe and convenient lodging just over the Lion Bridge. It is family operated. As a result, any requests are immediately addressed. They helped us sort between the hustle of the tourist vs where the "locals" go. Very good value for basic lodging.

It is not that I didn't like it. It is basic but very clean which is most important.

Location was great, short walk to the historic area, local pubs were great fun,owners very friendly, hard working, as were the staff.

Hate to say anything bad about this place, because we had such a nice stay, but, the walls were a bit thin.

Comfortable and clean place to stay

The room was off the street so little traffic noise. It is under a mile to down town and a beautiful walk over the bridge of Lions. Owners were there and very friendly

this is hidden little gem. when you pull up you are not sure. but the rooms a awesome. they are up to date. the AC

had ice machine, nice shower store, nice flooring throughout

bathroom towels were worn through, light fixture in bathroom outdated, shelf over toilet was outdated, walking areas outside rooms needed touching up (needs paint and cement work)
