Comfortable, stylish delux apartment, great for families!

Very stylish, comfortable, spacious apartment, with all necessary facilities, great contact with owners, who were very helpful, parking place. The best place we stayed in over our 3 weeks stay in Florida!

The apartment was convenient, clean and very comfortable!

The property was in an easy location to walk to downtown. It came with 2 bikes to use and a nice back patio to enjoy. It was very clean!

The accommodation was for 4 people, but it only came with 2 bikes. I wish it had come with 4. I also wish there had been a washer/dryer included with the apartment.

Great rental, great management

The unit is recently re done and it is as beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was well appointed. The island is very functional for preparing meals while visiting. We had a few questions of the property managers when we first arrived, and they were extremely pleasant and responsive! The welcome folder was great!

Note that walking to downtown means crossing the Bridge of Lions. Lots of people walking and biking across the bridge... but not me! I am afraid of heights...

The first vacation for my wife and I in ten years, 100% worth it.

The location was fantastic. The suite is located directly between the St. Augustine Lighthouse and downtown. My wife and I just walked anywhere we wanted to go for eating, museums, boat rides, and kayaking. We thought the suite setup itself was very modern and clean. After walking all day and going to the beach, the fresh filtered water from the refrigerator was greatly appreciated. The bathroom was nice and spacious with provided towels and toiletries based on the duration of our stay time. The shower water pressure wasn't very high but near the beach on the water like that is to be expected. We used the provided bikes as well to go watch the sunset at the Bridge of Lions every night.

What could have been better? Nothing. It was perfect from start to finish.

Enjoyed our stay, would book again!

Comfortable, beautifully decorated, great location, clear instructions

Something was wrong with the plumbing, toilet would run all night and shower wouldn’t drain.. next time we would go to shower it was very slippery from the water and residue sitting in the tub for so long. My boyfriend spilled Gatorade in bed, there was no extra sheet to switch out, we ended up going to target and buying one so that was very inconvenient. Definitely recommend having an extra fitted sheet available to guests for accidents. We didn’t have time to utilize the laundromat to wash the sheet.

Exceptional

Looked newly remodeled, and was very clean. Good location for visiting downtown and beaches. Oh and the host's provided a couple bikes and everything you need for a day at the beach. The price was reasonable too. I would stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Home in America's Oldest City.

Spacious, clean apartment with everything we needed - 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, A/C, good WiFi, well-equipped kitchen, convenient location, and great information left by hosts. Easy front door parking.

Disappointed in the price but that seems to be the norm in this economy.

great location: close to downtown yet quiet for a comfortable sleep. loved the bikes for a quick trip to the lighthouse or downtown. host quickly responded to questions we had.

Superb

Comfortable easy access to downtown and beaches.

The AC didn't work for 2 days . This was not an easy walk to downtown unless you are under 30 and it is not July. Neighbors above stomping way past midnight all 4 nights on the ceiling above us.

It had everything we needed, including a welcome snack, tea/coffee milk pods to get us started and toiletries. It also had a hairdryer, iron.

The only thing I could say would be a kettle if you get alot of international travellers, although a pan was just as good.

Great place to stay

Great location near the lighthouse and close to downtown, in a quiet neighborhood. Appliances and kitchen look great, soft close cabinets are a nice addition. Nice home like feel with the basket of throw blankets. Beds were comfortable and the sound machine made a nice ambiance. Bathroom was very clean as well. Overall a great stay.

Very clean , full kitchen

No dressers in the bedrooms to set things on or put clothes in, an extra tv in one of the bedrooms would have been nice as my friend watches different shows than I do. A small waste basket in the bedrooms would have been good
