Sea view room had a good view and was a good size with two queen beds . Shower was good and plenty of hot water. Convenient to restaurants and shops children’s park and sea walks.
Constant motor noises in our room all night long. Very noisy extractors in bathrooms, Retro fitted air conditioning units vibrate and noisy. Sink was in room instead of in the bathroom and blocked the access into the room. Tiny cupboard with only 4 hangers not enough hanging space or drawers no hooks for coats or towels. Inadequate clothes washing facilities only two washing machines and 2 dryers which all the guests and staff use as well so long waiting times. Breakfast was poor , plastic plates and cutlery scum on orange juice didn’t bother after first day.

The hotel is next to the water and there were nice shops and restaurants in walking distance. The area was quiet and no busy traffic.
The bathtub was dirty and the drain plug was broken and cracked.

Great location. Nice staff. Very hot water!
Skimpy on soap. Coffee horrible! Limited tv channels.

Staff was awesome. Girl at front desk was so nice, even with the lady in front of me that was so rude to her.
Shortage of staff, and no one around to help. Having to pay for a simple breakfast should be included unless you’re actually cooking.
7.0
Well located with easy access to restaurants & sightseeing places. Staff was quite helpful
Room was a bit small for a family of 4 adults. Decor and amenities seemed more like a 2-star lodge and wasn't par for the price.
8.0
Location to „historical town“, restaurants and cafes in walking distance, pretty hotel
Unfortunately overpriced as everything in Alaska, but in comparison to other hotels still a good deal

location
it was uncomfortable and the smallest room in any best western I ever had.

The lobby was very nice.
I booked 2 rooms in April. I arrived at 330 and was told the rooms were not ready but would be by 4pm. I returned at 420pm and was advised only one room was ready. Check in is promised
At 4pm. I asked to see the room. 2 double beds so close together you almost couldn’t walk between them. The desk clerk didn’t seem to care when I explained my 6’5 son was not going to fit on the bed. I canceled the booking and went to another hotel.
UPDATE: The hotel staff tried to charge my card for the room. I didn't stay here and cancelation without fee was promised at the booking in April. I left a message with the manager when my bank advised me of the attempt and my call was not returned by the hotel.

The rooms, hallway and eating area was very clean. The ladies who set up and clean up for breakfast do a fantastic job restocking food and keeping it looking nice.
The bathrooms are so small. Most people prefer to have the sink in the bathroom so you don't disturb or wake others up.

No Air conditioner in our room. After we settled in and noticed A/C wasn’t working after 2 hrs. We was tired. We would have request another room with A/C. We didn’t want to move to another room. Also the room smell musty. Very disappointed. We used the floor fan. Balcony door open. Not too helpful. When we checked out 8/14 - the elevator was down/not working. My husband have bad back. We had to used the stairs- (3 rd floors ) with our baggages. I had to make 3 trips up and down. ☹️

nothing.

Breakfast buffet was complete with hot/cold options.
When we first called the hotel they couldn't find our reservation under my name. Fortunately, I had the email that booking sent to confirm the reservation so front desk was able to look it up at booking.com.

Again, the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional as well; the staff kept areas clean and plenty of good breakfast choices as well.
There is nothing we did not like about our stay here.

Perfect breakfast and location, it is located in the central place in Seward. The room is small but it is alright.
Two full-size beds are little small… needs queen side.

Great location, easy walk to restaurants. Nice breakfast.
2nd shift Front desk person mixed up our room reservation and allowed another couple to enter our room with our with new key card! This person was so confused and after much time and turmoil on our part, let us stay in the room we were given upon check-in.
7.0
The location was nice and close to restaurants and some shops.
It's close the the Seward sea life centre.
The beds are comfortable.
Breakfast is included, a standard American breakfast is served
We were able to park on the street
The air conditioning was noisy and didn't cool the room very well and being on the ground floor it was noisy outside with the window open.
If parking isn't available on the street, their car park isn't that close.

Breakfast was good and great location.
Waited for 15 minutes to check in when we arrived around 11pm. After waiting for someone to help, staff came out of the bathroom but didn't apologize for the wait or mentioned anything about our waiting around for room keys.

A wonderful view of the sea. The staff is very cooperative Especially the polite gentleman Mr. Daniel . In the room there is air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, tea and coffee maker. Free use of washing machine and clothes dryer with soap.

Great location.
Rooms were not well kept, sort of dirty and dated wouldn't have been as bad but for the price you expect better.
