Location
Owner overcharged me. Despite a final price at booking.com, owner split it to 2 payments and added dollar amounts to both payments. I tried reaching out to them and left several voice mails to call me back to explain the overcharge but never heard from them at all.

Location was perfect!! Love the history of the building!

I loved the diffuser. it was a great touch. And having a clean kitchen was great. The bathroom was great too with hot water and great pressure in the shower. Also really nice to have a desk to do some work at.
morning hangovers are always tough but waking up there softened the blow a bit

The sunshine suite is really very large, larger than the photos show on-line, with a king bed, two couches, a single bed, a good sized dining table and a full kitchen. It was me, my wife and our 2.5 year old - lots of space to run around!
We wish we had access to a broom and/or vacuum to cleanup each day.

We enjoyed our stay. I think they had the most comfortable soft bed we've ever slept on. It was very clean.
I just think it's overpriced compare to hotels and lodging we stated at in Alaska. If you plan on cooking yourself it's totally worth it.

great downtown location

We rented the Denali suite. Finding the right door to the place was a little difficult (it’s the white door on the right not the red door in the center of the building) but once inside we were delighted.
If you wanted a perfect place to hide out from the rest of the world, be close to downtown and the water, have a full kitchen, lovely sitting room, huge comfortable bed and full bathroom, this would be it.
We loved the place.
TV was a little hard to figure out but who needs it anyway?

Cute apartment that was very clean and in a great location. The main bed was very comfortable. The other bedding was acceptable.
It would have been nice to provide some to-go cups for the coffee.

Location was perfect, easy access to restaurants, shuttle, waterfront walk. Apartment was large and spacious, tastefully decorated, kitchen had all amenities needed to cook meals.
Located on a busy street so might be a little noisy at times.

Configuration of the apartment is pleasant and there's a nice cool old style to it.
There are two doors at this property number on the street. One is a cafe, the other the hotel. It would be better if the instructions stated which door to use. We spent several frustrating minutes trying to use the code on what turned out to be the wrong door.

Great location.

The full apartment with plenty of room and the downtown location.
The only issue we had was with the number of stairs, but we knew that going in. The apartment was lovely and the location downtown was great!

We loved the coffee
There were no blinds or curtains on a main window which made sleeping during 24 hour day light tough. I emailed the owner and didn’t hear back at all.

good size room, easy parking, great location.

Location and character of the room and building. Well equipped kitchen and a claw foot tub! Tasteful decoration in the apartment. Walking distance to everything.
Refrigerator is getting a little noisy due to age. Compressor kicks on and off with a bit of noise. Couple of dirty pans put back on shelf by previous occupant.

It was the prefect place for my family. Our 8 yr old loved twin bed tucked in the corner. The futon was very comfortable for a futon bed. The kitchen had everything we might need to cook dinner for the 3 of us. During the 2 nights we stayed we loved the walking access to downtown and the aquarium. 10/10 would book again.
