Awesome place! Would definitely stay again!

Very convenient and set up for adventure! Loved the outdoor fires and very dog friendly!

Could have used a few more personal care items in the room. I forgot to bring lotion and cotton swabs, and often hotels provide extras.

The location and room were great. We only had one night but would love to spend more time if going on a tour of great hiking trails in the area.

Perfect location on the edge of Bend, great outdoors atmosphere, close to everything but super chill

Could use a good handyman on site with attention to detail, and the bed was super comfortable and “felt” very clean and crisp but here were quite a few long hairs in and around, they seem a bit understaffed, it’s a mountain outdoors setting not a Manhattan high-rise so it’s right up our alley

Loved the overall vibe and the amenities. Felt like camping but not camping, if you know what I mean. Staff was great. Location ideal for getting into Bend or the mountains.

Room could use some freshening up and the pastry selection was attacked by early risers

Great place!

great access to trails and truly a dog friendly hotel. Awesome place to chill and explore the city, trails and the Bachelor mountain. I love that the hotel is essentially at the border of a forest! so nice to go for a morning walk with my doggo

My room had only one towel for two adult guests so that was a bit of a pity. But I was so tired to go and ask for another towel that I did not even bring it up.

Great location with lots of trails for biking and hiking. Close to town and Mt. Bachelor!!

Love the location, how it's close to town and can enjoy outdoor activities for biking, snowboarding, hiking etc. nearby Love that it's less than 30 minutes away from Mt. Bachelor! There were many trails and outdoor activities we can do nearby. Love the fact that it's near town but it has an outdoor far away from town feeling that you get when you are out and about camping. The decor in the rooms were great! Sitting in the hammock that is connected to the ceiling was a bonus!! Great that there is bike racks in the room so you can store them inside. Absolutely love the concept of Loge.

The sheets, pillows and bedding weren't clean. We found strands of unknown hair and also found a tiny spider on the bed. But we understand it's an older facility so we push through and brushed it off and slept through the night. We spoke to the front desk the following morning and they were understanding and accommodating and quickly switch out to new sheets and bedding for us.

Good location. Near to town and to trails.

Misleading full service coffee shop. Machine could not operate because “ there is not sufficient plumbing for milk products to be run through the septic” ???? So they have a fancy machine for the advertisement but not a working machine? Heck, the could probably put a bar sink for under $500. Breakfast pastry case was completely empty at 9am on a Saturday. The worker said she called but their supplier didn’t show up??? Painted over chrome faucets in black?? It was chipped and ridiculous. Huge gap in door that caused the room to be very cold 20 F causing the room AC/Heater to run continuously at 85 just not to freeze! Cute, but seriously they need to clean up their act. Such a cute place lace with so much potential but $150 a night. I also saw strange people using the wifi in the “cafe” living out of their cars?

Cool hotel, tons of amenities, super comfortable!

Loved the mobile check-in process and that our room was ready early! Room was clean, loved that there was a fridge and an electric kettle. The hotel has tons of amenities: pool, equipment rental, bike racks and coolers in the room, bar/cafe in the front. We were only there for one night, but I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bend.

Bathroom could use an update to match how nice the room and the exterior of the hotel felt. But honestly, it was clean and everything worked great/good water pressure, so not a big deal!
