For an overnight stay, it did the job but not sure we'd stay again.

Good location, friendly staff, room nice and big.

The couch was an eyesore. No stirring sticks for the coffee.

we enjoyed our stay as we were there to ski and the drive to Bachelor is shorter from here

Great location with easy access to Mount bachelor. Nice facilities with hot tub and outdoor pool.

not convenient to walking to downtown for dinner or a pub.

A fantastic spot to visit and enjoy.

Everything seems to be connected by parking lots. The Row seems much less nice than the overall quality of the resort. Like a bar at a muni course versus a Kidd resort.

Lovely setting, great facilities. The level of service not quite up to the price.

Lovely setting, great facilities. On site restaurant was good. Pool lovely, great trails to walk or bike right on the door step.

priced as a 5 star but we had a few issues with service (missed housekeeping despite requesting, lack of bedding for sofa bed, insufficient toiletries and towels for all guests in the suite, sofa bed not made up despite request). When paying the price it's not unfair to expect these things as a given.

We loved the front desk staff as well as gym staff. The restaurant & cafe staff were less pleasant.

Awesome view of the golf course and sun set. Very helpful front desk/ check in staff.

Food service in the AM. The food was excellent at the restaurant/ pub but our server at breakfast was very unpleasant. So the next day we tried the cafe instead & sadly that did not meet expectation either. It was an extremely limited menu which is understandable but the pastry/ bagels were stale, not prepared well & at an extremely high price.

LOVELY! A few areas they could improve for the $$ you spend, but for the most part, loved our stay

LOVED OUR ROOM, LOVED THE FOOD, THE GOLF COURSE NOT WORTH THE GREENS FEES.....

GOLF COURSE CONDITION OF GREENS - FOR THE $$ A FUNKY COURSE..... WE AGREED TO ROOM REFRESHING 2X WHILE THERE FOR 11 DAYS - I HAD TO CALL AND ASK FOR THEM TO VACUM AFTER FIRST " REFRESH" AND THEY DID NOT CHANGE THE SHEETS UNTIL I ASKED ON THE SECOND "REFRESH" - FOR THE $ THEY SHOULD REALLY BE CHANGING SHEETS!

Dirty and Noisy

The view, but other hotels have this type of view.

We stay on a Friday night and a Sunday night. After turning on the heat in the first room, we were coughing like crazy. So dirty. The second night with few people in the Highlands, we spent the night and morning listening to children run overhead. Poor planning on the part of the check-in staff and sad. For $300plus, we were saddened. The staff did nothing for us until in the morning we called the third time and they said they would take $100 off one night. So horrible of an experience to not sleep two of the two nights.

The property is absolutely stunning and beautiful it wasn’t their fault but they had staffing issues therefore they close the restaurant on New Year’s Eve at 5 o’clock and shut down the hot tub and everything so it was a real bummer coming off the mountain and not having anything open

We were very pleased.

View of the golf course, staff was friendly and helpful, The Row was convenient and easy (also great food) - wait staff was superb, Tetherow is out of the crowds but close to everything, salt water lap pool....

Add combs to the gym bathrooms, more instruction for use of lockers there, open the cafe at gym earlier....

Absolutely incredible room with even more incredible views.

The room layout was extremely functional and thoughtful. I loved the window into the bathroom, the fireplace, and the mountain views. The robes were very comfortable. We were originally put in the wrong room and staff were quick to correct the issue. The couch in the room and the bed were both extremely comfortable. Absolutely amazing stay.

We called the front desk to have silverware sent to our room and it took two phone calls and about 45 minutes until someone brought us some. This was the only issue during the whole stay.
