The breakfast, the hot tubs, and the pool
it was a little dated
4.5
number of hot tubs in the common area, the artificial rock formations with water fall into lazy River stocked with Koi. Also the table and chairs outside each of the rooms facing(inside) the common area.
Cleanliness for an older hotel
phone in our room did not work, was something old with no instructions or labelling on how to work if it did. no phones in lobby area to use
desk clerks didn’t seem to be real knowledgeable in a way that would stream line checkin or exiting

First of all, the lobby was a giant "WHOA" when we first walked in. The garden theme was so lovely and relaxing. There are 4 small hot tubs scattered around the large space, along with bridges, plants, and a koi pond. We were fortunate enough to get a room on the second floor with a balcony, and it was perfect after a long day of driving. It was one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in in quite some time. The breakfast was on par with Hampton Inn, having enough of a selection for most people. I would absolutely stay here again!

We went for relaxation. Did a bit of shopping. Of which your facility provided easily.

Always our go to when we come to the States. Friendly staff. Breakfast is always fresh and lots to choose from. The Hot tubs are great. Located in a perfect spot. A short walk across the street to one of our favorite Restaurants "Texas Roadhouse ".Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Most friends & family have a hard time figuring what i can eat with all my intolerances. But c'mon inn is close to a superstore and also DID have something i can eat with the huge variety layed out for breakfast.
Covid rules over the border are complucated and constantly changing. My nephew was fined $8000 because no one knew what to do to prepare for going back to Canada. If c"mon inn was knowledgeable in the latest rules, and could point people where to go fo tests etc, many more canadians would come. C'mon inn would be over run if this frustration was made simpler for Canadians.

I have always loved the atmosphere of the courtyard and the fireplace. also the multiple hot tubs and not having many people crowding into one. Also the pillows were SO comfortable m.
I only noticed that the television volume was so low and trying to make it louder with the remote the volume didn’t change.

Staff were so accommodating! I was able to upgrade to a balcony room (the best one too!). Everyone was pleasant and the room was nice and comfy. :)
My bathroom didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly upon arrival, but definitely nothing I would complain to staff about

Breakfast was good. Plenty of hot tubs. Lots of stores and restaurants near by.
Air conditioner could have worked better, but it wasn't too bad.

Great place to stay. It was very affordable and the staff was very helpful. Not much of a workout room but the pool is nice.
