Not a great experience at all..

The room wasn't ready at check-in - they gave us the keys and when we got to the room it was still dirty from the previous guests. The housekeeper had stripped the beds and left the door open. We were told she'd left for the evening and they'd get a room ready for us later that night. We got back and they'd "upgraded" us to a king suite (we had 3 people and needed the two queen beds), when we got in the room and made the pullout couch, there were cigarette butts in the cushions and the rest of the room just looked as if they'd only changed the sheets.

Convenient enough. The constant racket of the heating/cooling unit was a problem.

Pastries were way too sweet and dense.

We were very pleased on all levels.

Everything was exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was over the top good./

No complaints at all. I will recommend you to family and friends that travel to Grand Forks

Would not stay there again.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety of foods.

I asked for a quiet room and they put us right by the stairs and near a side entry door. Also, the office computers were a Stone Age joke. The internet on them didn’t work well and their printer wouldn’t print. Also, I got scolded by a staff worker during breakfast for pouring my coffee from my styrofoam cup into my reusable cup to take it with me instead of wasting the coffee. He embarrassed me in front of a lot of people and only said something to me even though multiple people were using reusable travel cups. We paid over $200 a night and it was a joke.

Not really worth returning.

Location was great, price was good

Room was musty, pillows smelled quite musty/smokey. Property needs a refresh. Breakfast was quite mediocre.

It was an enjoyable stay.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, & the continental breakfast. I like the location of the hotel.

I enjoyed the stay & I have stayed here a few times because of the accommodations & would do it again.

WILL NOT RETURN!

Never got to have it

Paid with girlfriends card while she was in jail, 2 hours later police showed up and took the card but I was told I could stay all night. 15 minutes later was kicked out by staff, and not only did I not get my $$ back but I was also charged double.. This motel, the you lie and manipulate people and then go onto stealing more money is absolutely horrible. I would NEVER recommend this motel to anyone!

Overall very comfortable and great value.

The room was clean and the bedding was fresh. We love having the pizza place attached. It’s handy and good food.

We have stayed several times and this time the breakfast didn’t meet our expectations. Some things were past their freshness point. I wasn’t able to use the waffle mix as it was very thick and lumpy.

An ideal place to stay

The staff is incredibly friendly. Everyone we talked to was willing to help and listen, or just chat with us! The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever seen!

There was quite a smell in our hallway that we would rush to get away from. I would think that in 2023, we would have moved away from styrofoam plates and cups. I think a dishwasher and some actual plates would be a positive change.

It was a nice place, clean and comfy and quite reasonably priced.

The breakfast was fine as American hotel breakfasts go. They had a few Møre offerings than usual.

Good value for a nice hotel. Could use a bit of TLC.

Good location. Nice room/layout. Soft sheets.

Bed a little stiff and the bedding tended to bunch up. Making for an uncomfortable sleep. Attached restaurant didn’t match the feel of the hotel. Should have been a little nicer of a restaurant for this hotel. Good shower. Only 1 elevator and it is slow and made a HORRIBLE noise. It was frightening going up and down it.

The elevator was shaking when you get to the 4th floor. The pool did not look clean or even smelled like it had any chlorine in it. No pool towels were available so I had to walk to the front desk dripping everywhere! They could also invest in better breakfast, it was not appetizing at all even through the breakfast is complimentary

It was a good place to stay while visiting my UND students.

It was in a good location and clean. The attached restaurant was very convenient and the drink coupon was nice.

The fitness room was pretty basic. An elliptical would have been nice.
