Person who checked us in was very rude and sarcastic, bed uncomfortable, carpet damp, dirty and sticky. Mold in tub and on shower curtain.

Poor customer service

Did not have breakfast

The room was not cleaned, the air conditioner was very very loud. The refrigerator was on a tabletop that could have fallen in the floor. The toilet was nasty. I was very disappointed in the room and did not feel like I was welcome. It felt like I was just there to pay for a room.

Property was located close to the town center. The pool was a great size and beds we’re comfortable.

No breakfast could of atleast have donuts muffins anything I know it's maine in the summer buy atleast offer something besides coffee and tea for close to 600 for not even 2 full days that's a bit much

We loved it, it was perfect for my family and very roomy

We loved the amount of space we had, our toddler was able to run around and not feel like he was in a tiny space, we loved the pool, nice and refreshing.

No breakfast in the morning or atleast some sort of room service Maybe some more shaded areas, as there was never any when we went out to use the pool. Guests would leave all their stuff in the shaded areas but not using the area, so we weren’t able to use it.

Comfy and Great Location

Bed was very comfortable and location was great. The staff was fabulous! Especially Dre!!

Satins in the carpet and no place to gather at night with friends outside because they lock up the pool area at 9. A fire pit with chairs would’ve been great as we were traveling with 2 other couples and had no where to go.

Carpet was damp and sticky. Lamp next to bed didn't work and gave out sparks when we tried to plug it in.

Ver clean and comfortable. Location was convenient to many restaurants in both Ovunquitand Wells.

The room did not have microwaves . We called the front desk to request one and we’re told the electrical systems I all the rooms didn’t support them . However the electrical systems support large air conditioners that just plug into the wall plug ??? Huuummm ?

Everything is always great when I stay, the staff is friendly and the rooms are always clean and set up great.

The wifi was definitely an issue with logging in and staying connected during the stay.

it was a good stay. They need to fix their keys and have a better morning person to help out, not legally locked out of

it was beautiful. The hot tub was amazing.

The bedrooms wasnt clean as I’m used to and got locked out of the room for two hours. The key would not work

Filthy room terrible guest service

The gentleman working nights at the desk has a wonderful personality and henuinely cares for his guests.

Room was dirty. Carpet wasn't vacuumed. There is a huge cobweb in the corner of wall. Bathroom faucet had lime buildup around it. The floors were dusty and dirty not vacuumed. It was recently painted and had paint splatter of floo. So it seemed it was never cleaned after the paint job perhaps. The room was extremely hot and you can hear everything above you. We went to desk in am to ask for another room as we were uncomfortable with heat and filth. The woman working the desk did not apologize and merely asked what's the issue. Can I look at the room. Of course come down. She came in and said the heat isn't on maybe open a window. The she looked at the bathroom floor and was upset it had paint on it. We said we aren't concerned with the paint but the filth. She kept on about the paint. We said we'll can you at least have someone come in and clean the floors. She said she would. And as she was leaving said maybe open the window now. We said we were not comfortable leaving it open while not there. She left with no apology at all and couldn't care less. We came back to the floors vacuumed and cleaned. However nothing else was touched. Nor did they replace the floor towel that was used on dirty floor. We won't be back there at all. The cobweb remains for further growth.
