When a/c unit broke down, staff rapidly replaced it within the hour. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean but very dated.
Recommend replace worn furniture and update bathroom.

The location is great!! Close to everything. The owners are wonderful people.
The pillows were goose down, so flattened under the head. Hard to get comfortable.

We very much enjoyed the BBQ grill and the picnic tables. It would have been nice to have umbrellas at the tables.
Very small coffee pot in the room and we had no coffee cups to use. Outside pool didn’t have umbrellas to shield from the sun. Most of the outdoor pool chairs were cracked or broken and not suitable for larger people.

Best place to stay if u want to come to the footbridge beach. Short walk to restaurants and the beach.
Nothing to comment on

For the area, it was the most affordable at less than $200 a night and walking distance from the beach, no need to try to drive and have to pay to park near the beach and no need to worry about finding a parking space available. We walked to Ogunquit, Marginal Way and to Perkins Cove and back, beautiful walk. If you are used to walk it is not a problem. Don't count too much on the trolley, it only runs sporadically and will not run during inclement weather(rain) which is completely ridiculous.
The room could be updated a little to look a little more attractive but it is a motel in Maine by the ocean and that's what it is.

They didn’t serve breakfast here but there was restaurants that served great breakfast. The omelette factory was a great place for breakfast.
The pillows here could be replaced. A microwave in the hotel room would be great too cause they don’t have stoves and some of the restaurants are far from here. To have a microwave to heat up snack would have been better.

The only suggestion I would make is to provide a little shade by the pool maybe umbrellas we couldn’t stay by the pool long to hot

The indoor and outdoor pools. Love the trees and the picnic tables. The person who checked us in was very friendly. Made you feel like you were at home.
The stairs. We are both Old lol; but we did manage because they really weren’t that bad after the first time when your carrying your stuff up from the car.

It’s clean and well kept. About a mile from downtown ogunquit. A good walk or a short drive. Indoor and outdoor pools are nice. Bathroom is good with strong shower flow. Set back from the road a bit so not as much street traffic noise. A good value for sure.
The beds are a little stiff and old. The old time key entry is a little outdated but not bad. The tv is really small.

The location! The room was spacious and the staff was really nice!
The wifi wouldn't work but other than that it was great!
