Save your money.

It was decently clean and the beds were comfy

Tried to report a bad domestic abuse case below us. Got ignored by staff and the police never showed, ended up checking out a night early since I ended up getting absolutely no sleep and felt very unsafe and scared

Leaving.

Office staff compleatly unhelpful. Paid on line tried to tell us we didn't. Ask for extra pillows refused. One water cup in room for three. List goes on.

Other then that, location was good.

The sinks where clogged up ,An the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way 😔😔😔 The kids that was up above us was running in the room all night 😔😔😔

The room was very spacious, plenty of room for a family of four.

I did not like the fact that the dishes were at the front desk, and they give you a tote upon going up to your room full of dishes. They only give you two of each dish utensil cups mugs, which I’m confused because I was a family of three and that definitely did not accommodate us. It Those dishes should be already in the room at previous extended stays. The dishes are already clean in the dishwasher. So I do not understand why I had to get them from the front desk. I am a pregnant mother there is no way that I should’ve been walking from the back of the parking lot to the front of the hotel to gain access to my room because they didn’t have available parking that was close to the front door I very much so despise that.

Horrible experience

Room size was nice, location decent

So many things. Was at front desk waiting for nearly 40 minutes waiting to check in. Hallways and stairwells were so filthy and STINK. Room smells like a retirement home. Stains all over the carpets. Had a room with a dine in kitchen and they provided NO dishes. Not even a plastic cup or a coffee machine. Who travels with pots and pans and dishes? Never had this issue with other suites I have booked. Will never be booking with this hotel again.

Solid surface floors, which are cleaner than carpet.

Mattress is worn out. HVAC temperature control was imprecise.

It's not great but not bad either

That there was a full kitchen. The carpet seemed to be vacuumed and was clean

The bed was horrible. Flat pillows and blankets were scratchy. No trash can in room. Had to beg to get an axtra blanket. The walls are very thin. Breakfast was horrible oatmeal only for cereal. I had to use warm water offered and then take it back to the room to heat it up. The drinks were regular coffee and decaffeinated coffee, and a small muffin that I bet was over 2 weeks old. No milk or juice or toast very disappointed. They charge you 100.00 for the deposit they take out of our account along with room charges before you can stay. In two days, they said they would refund the 100.00 if no damage was done. I did get mine back, but it was very inconvenient. Had to wait an extra 45 min before we could check in. Check-in was to be at 2 as I had scheduled it, but the room was not ready till 3.00. Would not even let you use the bathroom while you waited. Would I stay again? Yes, but I would bring my own blankets and pillows towls. Just don't plan on breakfast. The photo they show on their website is not what you see when you get there. It's not all flowers. In fact, there are none at all at the entrance. The lobby is also not up to the photos listed

Rude and very disrespectful

Nothing was good about it

Right when I walked in to check in I said hi I'm here to check in my name is and before I can finish my last name she said shook her head no and told me I need to go on booking dot com and cancel my reservation I said excuse me .she said the manager does not want you here u need to cancel your reservation .I ask to speak to manager and ask her why she said we don't need to tell you why and the manager is busy .mind you I booked my room a week prior to me coming I drove 3 hrs .I came on business.for my job..i had 3dogs 2i was having someone take care of them and 1was gonna stay with me .I was left to find a nother place to stay lucky I found motel 6in councel bluffs who was very nice and went out of there way to make me feel comfortable.. Extended stay was rude

Good value for money in nice Omaha Location...

Nice big room. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Good small kitchen inside the room. Clean. Good parking facilities.

It was clean and the staff was very personable and friendly

The cleaning products that were used to clean the room left a not so pleasant smell behind and the mattresses were very uncomfortable and the pillows were too small and very uncomfortable as well I’m also still waiting for my $100 deposit to be refunded also the advertised breakfast wax a granola bar and muffin which isn’t much of a breakfast for a person like myself who has diabetes

Nice room Wi fi was good. Bed was comfortable. HVAC worked well.

No dishes or pans in the cupboard. Not even any dish detergent.

I booked a room through booking nothing was ever said about a deposit and mind you that my book room is non-refundable once I get there I'm told that the room is plus $150 deposit which I did not have on my card so they wouldn't write me the room but I was still charged by booking for the full price of the room the property should definitely have stated they required to deposit

I didn't like the fact they wanted 150 up front for a deposit they wouldn't charge it to my card or anything like that they wanted to take the 150 off for the deposit plus the price of the room no ifs ands or buts I still had to pay for the room because I didn't have enough to cover the deposit because it was a non-refundable

Disappointing

Nothing…there is only one elevator in a three story building.

Well for one the room size…I felt at the least they should have a pull out bed…and even possibly another bed.

Very good

The lights in the bathroom did not work and I couldn't take a shower because I couldn't see. Also they required a 200 dollar deposit. That's too excessive.

No breakfast, limited free internet

The location was the reason I chose this place.

The add said free breakfast, free wi -fi, all that was offered was coffee in the morning. Wi-fi was only for web browsing and email, otherwise you had to pay for it. The bathroom lighting was terrible. Being it was an extended stay it had nothing in the kitchen to eat or cook with. All cabinets were bare. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable.
