The fact that it saids free breakfast an there no breakfast the fact that they have a pool but it doesn’t work waste of time an money did some more digging an unread that that hotel deals with acs cases that help families so yea don’t waste your money

Location and price

I stood 20 minutes at the front desk before someone showed up to check me in. There was a sign saying she was gone to help a guest, which clearly wasn't true because she came back from outside with a big gas station drink in her hand.

Night of hell!

I could see my vehicle from my room

The front desk clerk at night was very rude. The facilities are very outdated. The room smelled bad because the garbage disposal didn’t work and the sink had water standing in it when you ran it. There were moths flying around the room. The bed was very small, it was supposed to be a queen but I believe it’s smaller than that and the bed was very hard. There were ink and marker stains all over the carpet. The couch in the room had a hole in it. The charging outlets were trash.

For $124.00 I got 3 hours of sleep ina room that stank.

I got to the property and had to wait outside for 15 minutes before they let me in. Said I didn’t have a reservation .it took forever and the room smelled like smoke. I didn’t like anything

over all comfortable and nice except the pool down and not taking my form of payment anymore.

it was ok grab n go

the pool was dirty and down. I actually stayed 3 nights but the 3rd was a add on. I was told the card i was using was no longer accepted even though I used that same card the first 2 nights. I was very upset and went to get my things together the GM decided to accept my card this one last time but will not in the future. happy i didn't have to rush out and miss my very important appointment with housing. But I probley won't return there again due to not accepting bluebird by american express. Plus i signed up for perks in 2020 stayed for a week and never got any free nights. was looking forward to usuing the pool but no one to clean it.

The facility in the lobby was well kept I just wished they kept their rooms the same.

I didn't have time to eat breakfast but the size of the room was comfortable.

No silverware, looked like there might have been water damage on all of the wood furniture and walls weren't clean.

The room was not clean all the way, it didn't have any pots, plates, cups, bowls anything in it ! Just was a badest extended stay I ever stated in! I will never be back

The staff was kind and helpful . The room size worked well for our family. The location to both Tempe and Downtown campuses. Parking was not a issue.

Roaches found in the restroom. The sofa bed mattress was filthy, unable to utilize, The pool was closed. When booked, expected this feature to be a outlet of entertainment for the family. Not really a family stay in my opinion.

There really wasn't anything to like

The place was very sketchy with alot of sketchy people in the parking lot..staff were not polite at all and the rooms were dirty.also there were dogs (pitbull) unleashed in lobby

Disappointed!!!

Parking lot was nice.

Well, when we arrived, everything seemed fine, but when we checked in, apparently our room was not ready but Caise B. was kind and helped us with our reservation, but when we entered the room it smelled bad as if they spilled water and they did not clean Well, the stove burners, one worked, the other did not, the bathroom door could not be closed properly, the shelf where the towels are put is about to come off the wall, one of the lights on the dresser is broken, the cables were peeled, and in the dresser we found cockroaches, and when we tried to go to the pool at the reception they didn't have clean towels and it was 3:00 in the afternoon, we went to see the pool and we saw that it had mold inside and around too, the corridors need to be vacuumed, the elevator also needs to be cleaned is dirty, also the breakfast was not what I was told, it was messy and there was no coffee when I tried to get some and they also charged me an extra day I hope to get the money back, not really what I expected due to the pictures and comments about the hotel.

Loved the size of the room and the staff was friendly

The pool was disgusting. We were traveling with kids and the pool was supposed to be their reward. Super disappointed. It not only had a lot of debris floating and on the bottom but it smelled bad. Was never cleaned during the stay.

I only liked that there was Room kitchenette. The staff was little friendly. Clean at least when you walked in.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke(I constantly had to spray lysol), there was a constant Marijuana smell when I walked out to the lobby, I didn't feel safe to walk outside because there were always sketchy looking people by entrance and exits. Parking lots were filled with trash.. The free breakfast was hardly even that it was more like free snacks. There is only 1 entrance, this should be corrected. I think house keeping should be available no matter how long you stay, at least upon request.. Also maybe have security around would make people feel more comfortable.
