The room was clean and quiet with a good breakfast.

The room was clean. The breakfast was nice with lots to choose from. We paid more for our room here than at the Hyatt Place downtown St. Paul. It was convenient to I-94

The ice machine wasn't working...not plugged in. The outside doors were propped open...that's not safe or secure.

Location

The door keys did not work for any outside doors. We had to park far from front entrance but always needed to walk to front to enter. We reported and told by staff they were working on it; not told at checkin. We had same issue 8 months ago and told same at that stay????

Overall it was okay I wouldn’t recommend staying there but I also wouldn’t not recommend it.

We were traveling for my sons basketball tournament and it was close to the location so that was nice .

The bathroom had a bad smell like sewage and the tub was gross.

The staff are horrible including the manager. I was checked into a room that wasn’t in my name and there was “a glitch” in the system and i was charged an extra $277.98.

Overall it was a not so well stay

I liked the pool and liked how they set up breakfast for us and I liked how organized the breakfast room was and as well as the pool I liked how they had food and snacks at the front office for people to get

I didn’t like how they didn’t have any towels in the pool room the entire stay and how they had spots and stains on the bed in my room and how people were leaving food in the pool room and putting it in the hot tub

It had a nice look outside except in the back the outdoor surround of the sidewalk was messy

The hotel was not clean - hall carpets were very stained and my room didn’t have curtains that closed to bring privacy and I was on the street side.

It was okay but could have been better with some maintenance.

Big rooms, great location.

There was a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke detector when we went in our room and it smelled like the previous guest was smoking. Also the toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet and slid around. The screen door on the patio door was broken. The breakfast attendant didn’t check for food refills.

Breakfast was good,but when busy hard for one person to maintain clean up of tables and floor and make sure there is adequate food and coffee available.

Room key would not let us in the outside door. We had tried 2 doors before someone had to walk to the main entrance to open the door.

Safety of the steps in to the pool, and loose rails coming in and out of pool/hot tub. If I had not been holding tightly onto the loose handrail, when I slipped on the step, due to limited amount of traction tape on the step surface, I may have hurt myself more.

Nice place

Really good hotel. Nice and helpful crew, clean room with fresh remodeling, swimming pool, workout area. Very tasty breakfast with good varieties of food. Definitely will visit this place again.

Pleased with our stay overall, would stay again!

Staff was very polite, loved that there was a texting option for comment or service needs.

Room was a bit more damaged than expected. All cosmetic. Did not affect the stay. Scrapes/paint missing on the walls, there’s a spot that looked like someone fell and dented the wall, door frame to the bathroom appeared to have been kicked in at some point. And the toilet seat was very loose.

a whole lot of spots to park when you’re there. the design is nice as well.

as a tall person who is 6’4 I had a bad experience with that the fact is the room they put me in was a handicap accessible room. and since the room was not meant for people my height the bathroom but particularly the shower was a terrible experience. also the room had fruit flys coming out of the sink

The location was convenient for our purposes.

We did not realize the pool was a gathering place for kids playing baseball, soccer events or whatever. It was constantly filled with kids of all ages, screaming, etc. Never a time to sit a relax in that area. Apparently teams from Woodbury hold their end of the season parties at this pool area.

Not my first choice...

The room itself was nice, clean and comfy. The pool was big and good access times.

Our key cards were deactivated multiple times by the hotel staff when we were trying to get into our room after being out and about all day. We could not get in the outside access doors. The fridge also did not work, and the toilet clogged multiple times.
