I would definitely book again!! Even though I only had the one pot I was still able to cook myself good meals, the showe

The staff was great day shift and night..I can’t remember the lady’s name that checked me in but she was quick, friendly and helpful. Nellie was awesome and very helpful when the water was turned off. Besides the elevator ding and occasional housekeeper walking by it was quiet. The rooms are cute and they give you ice trays, cups, plates, coffee etc for kitchen supplies. Bathroom stocked. The pull away table was a cute touch. I was able to do what I came to do relax and kick back.

I didn’t like that I only got one pan and it was peeling a bit. I specifically booked this place for the kitchen so I could cook and relax. Also woke up without water and it didn’t come back on until 1pm and even then the shower wasn’t working. It was orange when it came back on at first has to let it run. I get they were working on pipes but a heads up would have been great. The only other thing would have been the elevator ding I could hear it from my room every time someone got on or off the elevator slightly annoying so I would ask for room away from elevator lol

Great option on a budget

Location is great, it's clean and has everything you need in the room for an extended stay. If you want to cook you need only ask for items needed which I like because if you're not cooking they don't have to waste water and products cleaning unused items between guests.

TV could use an update. I like being able to sign into my own streaming services. Bed and pillows are a little uncomfortable.

Very good

Staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. spacious enough for staying an extended time without feeling too cramped.

One elevator was broken which seemed to cause some issues/delays for visitors transporting luggage and leaving luggage racks on various floors.

The breakfast definitely can be better. Coffee and granola bar, hot cereal only blueberry small muffins. I'm allergic to berries and there wasn't anything else available

Not worth the unpleasant experience no matter how visually appealing.

It was such an unpleasant experience we left a day early

Comfortable, clean, convenient

It was very convenient to Providence, if you have a car. it was clean, updated, and well kept. Beds were comfortable.

We were only there for one night but it’s really meant for longer stays, so it seemed a little bare bones, but it was fine.

I didn’t stay there because they couldn’t bother to let me know they were overbooked

I don’t know or care whose fault it is but apparently they were overbooked. Being overbooked is fine! However, I was never told until I showed up. Let’s say you book something a few days in advance, then drive a few hours to get there, then only once you get there do you find out it’s overbooked?? How is this acceptable? I was told “did you give us a phone number?” why would I? I’ve booked via this website, and this website has an email and there’s a way to message me. I received no such message nor any email.

Don’t recommend this hotel, it’s the worst.

Toilet didn’t work. The staff was very bad.

Loved the customer service staff and my room. Had no complaints

Air conditioning, stove/microwave/fridge, storage space, spaciousness, customer service.

Odd smell permeated throughout the buildings, hallways were muggy with heat.
