Fine for one night. The pool made the difference

This motel is fine for one or two nights. Room was clean the pool is nice and open till 9:00pm each night.

I thought smoking rooms were a thing of the past. I didn't realize I was booked into a smoking room. The smell of smoke in the room was noticeable but not a major issue. The pillows were thin and small. The wall AC was loud. The TV was small and there was no clock in the room. The front desk attendant was rather unfriendly.

Pleasant and convenient hotel.

We needed the gandicapped room. It was OK. Hard to get a walker to the bathroom. But easy to get into the room.

10/10 would definitely do again.

The pool was warm and very clean. The furniture around the pool was all clean and new and very comfortable. Every morning I took the kids for a swim while the parents got ready and it made our time from good to excellent. The Inn was conveniently located for us to enjoy our time in and around Rhode Island. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It's a great place to stay with kids. Or for adults that really enjoy a morning swim.

I would have liked for the staff to at least clean out the garbage each day. They explained that they only clean the rooms once a week which is fine but removing the garbage each day would have been a really big help.

Superb

The room was clean and very spacious. The only issue was that the fitted bed sheet kept coming off. That was a nuisance. But otherwise and that it was a very nice room and most importantly, clean.

Worked for us.

We like Mom and Pop hotels. The Colonial looks to have been renovated. The room was clean, and for what we needed, it was fine. The gentleman when we checked out was accommodating. There is a decent bunch of books in the lobby! Also, they had coffee in the lobby in the morning, so I didn't have to go looking for a coffee place!

My guy thought the towels were too thin, but otherwise, he was happy.

Great Hotel

What I liked the most about The Colonial Inn is how it was one of the cleanest hotels i have ever stayed at . Plan to stay again in the fall.

It was a good time at a fairly priced inn. 5/5

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Bed was well made and reception was very helpful. Would recommend to other travelers.

Very good value, comfortable beds, clean!

Both rooms we had were well appointed and visually updated! Nice bathroom fixtures, colors, etc.

1 of our 2 rooms (111) smelled like an ashtray, sadly. Our other room (146) did not. I did pull out the ac filters and rinse them in the tub, they were pretty filthy. This made the ac system run much better.

i have stayed everywhere for my career and this place is right at the bottomof the list.

the location and staff were fine the room itself is dark and the bathroiom is traight out of the 50's

there was no maid or houskeepking service for the 5 days i was there ... no fresh towels, made bed or anything no matter how many times i complained. then when i checkeed ou a day early they said " no refund " because the room was dirty" stupid stuff.... coke machine says 1.25$ all over it.... but its 1.50... they just don't care
