Do not stay unless you're desperate!

The front desk greeted us nicely. This was a last-minute trip as my mother-in-law was at Northbay Hospital in serious condition and we needed to be close. Morning coffee was good. I was able to get an extra pillow.

Hallways smelled fishy from all the cooking people were doing in their rooms. Bed was very uncomfortable, it bounced a lot. It felt as though this was no longer a hotel for travelers but more for low income individuals/families who can't afford apartment rent. Some of the individuals we met in the "lobby" made us a bit uneasy. We are 43 year Fairfield natives and moved 2 years ago and didn't expect this hotel to go down hill as much as it did. Sorry but I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Safe quiet location, close to freeway on ramp and restaurants. Friendly, professional staff.

Glitch in the booking system delayed. My check-in.

close to everything

sucky breakfast needs to be bigger, door not working so had to walk extra after a long drive to our room

Sprnd the money for a better place.

There really wasn’t anything to like about the property.

They have residents which wasn’t stated anywhere. There was holes in most of the 1st floor screen walking up to the front door. The bed was the worst. Felt like sleeping on a cheap futon. Had to get a massage when I checked out.

The property is a good property to stay.

customer service is good and the property outside is very clean

I think the hotel should have people that cleans and changes towels, the toilet paper is very cheap. the drapes are too old. other than that, everything else is okay. And they don't serve any breakfast, it's only small muffins and coffee.

Short and disgusting.

Our bed had long black hairs on the sheets, looked like it hasn’t been changed at all. The floors were filthy. The elevator was disgusting, there were sunflower seed shells on the floor and it looked like it hadn’t been moped or swept in a long time. Only one elevator in the building.

location and price

the ac did not work in our room, they switched to a different room where the ac blew a circuit and went out also. Notified staff and they said handi man wasn’t available until next day.
