avoid this hotel unless you're broke

desk girl was great!

beds were terrible giant sink holes in the middle. the towels would scratch my car. the rooms were very loud well not the room the people in the parking lot.

It sucked. Worst hotel stay I have ever had.

I wouldn't call that a breakfast. It was a cheap snack bar. There was nothing I liked about it at all

Where do I start. My credit card was charged without my permission I wanted to pay cash and they automatically put my room on my card. My reservations was not as I had reserved. They were unable to accommodate my request. The room had no microwave. The refrigerator door was broke. The first room they put us in the toilet was broke. Second room with no microwave the one bed sunk in the middle it was very uncomfortable. Told them I was traveling with a disabled person needed two beds with a shower could not accommodate me once I got there. Was not informed prior to my arrival that they could not accommodate me. The TV channels that you could get were fuzzy and there wasn't many channels to choose from. When I told front desk I was not happy with my accommodations at all they didn't seem to care.

When I checked out best part of my stay and it should be free cancellation overall the overall condition of the hotel was in terrible shape. My room key kept demagnetizing. So I had to go down twice to get my card reactivated so there’s nothing I really liked about the hotel.

Not privacy couldn’t close the curtains all the way people who walked by were able to see in my room I had to tie the curtains together The chairs in the room were so filthy that I was afraid to sit in them to put my shoes and my clothes on bathroom or small toilet was too low. Overall bad experience would never book at. days in hotel again, the place really needs to be renovated

Bugs in the beds, in which I was told there weren't any bugs while we were looking at them.

It was the only highlight. Ian and Marie made for of that.

Ian and Malie assumed I must have Penn a peasants, they bossed me around everyday and laughed at me when they made me move rooms, I'm disabled and I asked for help but they were very cruel. Plus, they stopped my reservation a day early just to humility me further.

We were told when I made the reservation I could get an early check in by 11:00 am as we were traveling for a funeral that started at 12:00 and were told no problem. When we arrived at 11:00 am to check in I was told there was not even 1 room cleaned yet from the night before and whoever I spoke to about an early check in lied to me. Multiple cleaning folks were outside chit chatting when I finally left without being able to check in to change for the funeral. The front desk gentleman was rude and not helpful at all in our time of grief. I was already upset bc we had just driven 6 hours from Myrtle Beach and he told us to try down the road. We did and were able to find accommodations. This situation was handled very poorly.

was great for a last minute booking. we were on the road and needed a place to rest our head for a few hours

the breakfast could have been better and the room was freezing. the bedding could be updated. there were holes in the blankets and sheets and they were not very thick

One of the worst hotels I have ever seen.

Advertised an indoor pool - no pool available. Room phone and TV did not work. Hotel was very run down and in poor repair.

Not worth the money I paid for it.

Location was good.

The bath tub was filthy, the sink counter was broke, the bathroom door knob was broke, the dead bolt lock on the door did not function properly, and the TV quality was very poor. It was constant static.

My family and I stay at this location every 4 to 6 months and its a great stay every time. But this stay we have a few minor hiccups. Our key cards kept deactivating and this time we didn't have a mini fridge or a microwave. Don't know if it's because we requested a smoking room this time . And also we always choose this hotel for the kids to have fun at the pool but this time it was closed because they said they were having problems with the water. But other than that it was still a great stay

Call and verify about the amenities!

The Inn is centrally located and convenient to all fast food restaurants. This Inn is ok for a "stop and go" situation with no frills.

There was no microwave in the room. Major construction is going on right next door to the Inn. The pool was closed.

Not overly impressed

The beds were very comfortable

Room did not have a bathtub Pool was freezing. Not able enjoy and was the only reason I booked the hotel TV is weird. You have to call the front desk for instructions how to use it. A guide left in the room would be more convenient

Aweful Hotel -has Bed Bugs and left with over 30 bites

Hotel has Bed Bugs. I left with over 30 bites all over my body. Very itchy. Also during our stay room keys did not work. So staff would have to let you in and out each time with their master key. I highly Do Not Recommend this hotel.

Superb

This was a great location. After being on the road for over 8 hours we were ready to relax. The beds were comfortable and I would definitely recommend this place. It was so close to many restaurants and many other places. It was very convenient. It was also a great rate. Loved the fact that our room has two separate bathrooms and was super clean.

The pull out in the room was broken and not very comfortable.

charged twice. was told one was a hold that would come off in 2-5 business days!! not great when you are traveling and an extra $109 is gone while you are needing it for travel! also lock on door to adjoining room didn’t work!

Requested first floor room due to disability in climbing stairs. First night we understood because of being sold out, but asked for second night to locate to first floor, even called in the afternoon to request it again, was told it could happen, but it definitely did not. Had to try to climb those stairs again.
