Great pet friendly hotel

Excellent room, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff.

No welcome materials, WiFi access instructions or directory in the room.

Place looks high class, but dirty.

The look and the modern furniture was awesome.

The pool and pool area were dirty. Pool closes very early. The bathroom in the room was the biggest disappointment. I've been wanting to stay at The Loft for over a year and I was let down. I won't go back.

Overall, a nice quick stay.

Overall, a very nice place. Stayed one night so didn't get to experience everything the hotel could have offered. The front desk provided me info for a driver to see a concert which was awesome. Had for the night and prices and reliability was excellent. Thank you!

The master light in the room had to be on to turn the bathroom on which the lights above the bed came on. My wife didn't appreciate that since she was sleeping.

Exceptional

Great place to stay , very clean and modern and the staff is so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great we ordered what we wanted and the food was delicious, I really enjoyed the pool its a salt water pool so nice , I am allergic to chlorine. Will stay there next time I'm down that way.

I did not stay here. We were at the aloft at the airport and used booking to do the reservation while in there lobby. Then when I reached the counter we figured out it was the wrong location. Contacted booking for assistance and they said the hotel would refund stay but they had to do the refund. Still haven’t heard from hotel.

Nice stay for me and my dogs.

The room was huge and very clean! The hotel is near a bunch of shops and restaurants. I like that there was a wing on the first floor for pet owners with a door at the end of the hallway that brings you outside. Very convenient. The only thing I found to be lacking was the green space for pets...it didn't feel well-maintained. Otherwise, this was a great stay and I would stay here again.

Great location - walking distance to many shopping and food places Not far from the beach and downtown Property was very clean, welcoming, the rooms were a nice size and very cozy. We really enjoyed the shower and comfortable bed.

Very poor

The room was fine.

I prepaid through booking.com on May 23rd, and charged again at the hotel. Paid twice, maybe a little attention to detail? It was over a $300 mistake.

Very clean and staff was good but wish it was a little better at the bar. Great location to university of North Florida.

A bartender who is more tentative and one who could make a variety of drinks.
