Perfect. Look forward to returning when the need arises.

3rd floor room overlooking the pool area was very nice. King bed with 3 pillows was comfortable excellent. Desk it room allowed me to get some work done. TV was crisp and new. AC was excellent considering outside was 110 degrees. Staff was exceptional.

Nothing comes to mind.

Hemos llegado varías ocasiones ahí, desde hace varios años. Hoy, muy sucio, Los colchones necesitan cambio, no sirven. Nos percatamos a la hr de dormir.

Upon checking out the lady stated well we didn’t have any issues before with hot water.

The room floor was dirty and the main reason of our bad score is that there was no hot water. We called and there was no resolution to our problem so we literally bathed with cold water. They couldn’t offer any discount because we booked through a different source. I felt as if the lady at check out didn’t believe me so I offered her to go check herself. She said she would send maintanince man first thing. We had room 325.

They don’t do a thorough clean, barely clean and the hallways smell. Rug needs to be steam clean .

Restful Stay! Clean, value, and friendly staff- far exceeded my expectations!

This is my second time staying here. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the young lady at check in was phenomenal. She was quick to check me in while maintaining a professional attitude and smile. The room was comfy. Not too much, but just what I needed to lay my head. Quiet too.

My stay was actually pretty good; so there isn't anything a didn't like

Being so close to the border was a plus

There was no microwave nor fridge in the rooms. there was only one single microwave in the entire facility and it was located in the waiting area. not sure why there was a safe, it seems to me that a microwave and fridge would be more useful.
