Excelente hotel con todos los servicios ideal para familias.

El desayuno muy bien, nos dieron muy buena atencion en recepcion. La hora feliz estuvo super bien y el personal muy amable Me gusto mucho la seccion de la cascada

La alberca estaba muy fria los niños se metieron por amor al arte. Hay muchos trailers en el estacionamiento y es problematico encontrar lugar.

Great convenience for a nights stay off of the highway

The location was great, right off the highway with a Walmart, restaurants and gasoline stations. Breakfast was good withe waffles, cereal & fruit. The rooms are always spotless and I love the outdoor seating.

Slept well and quiet but not having WIFI nor pool access was frustrating

Location

No WIFI or cell phone service in room. WIFI connection was spotty even outside. Nothing in room. Kids couldn’t go in pool because 10 adult men were in pool drinking beers for 2 hours

Decent but not family friendly.

The room was clean, there is a nice playground structure.

It’s not necessarily family friendly, they give you free beer, nachos, hot dogs and popcorn, but that facilitates for people drinking around the pool area. We got there on a monday so there weren’t families but a lot of men, that made it uncomfortable.

The botany, the way the rooms are set up is so convenient you have a little back porch! They checked us in 4 hours early and check out isn’t until 1!

Clean, kind staff, nice pool, great value for price. Will stay again!

The open areas, pool. Also the meals at breakfast and dinner. Very clean, our room was two bedrooms instead of one big room, which was nice for the adults to sleep separate from the kids. We were late for breakfast, and the kitchen crew re-opened the kitchen and made waffles for the kids! Wonderful staff, clean hotel. Great value for the price. We will definitely stay again!

Laredo is a border town so it has its own unique clientele. This is the first hotel I have stayed in Laredo that didn’t feel scary.

Great stay!!!

Everything was great from the staff at the front desk to housekeeping I want to thank the gentleman with the ponytail and black shirt that checked me in for having patience in explaining to me where my room and breakfast place was at being that it was my first time staying here.

What I didn't like was the new system that had the staff looking frustrated but never once did they disrespect anyone and also it would be nice that only the person checking in be in the lobby instead of having the whole family in there when there's not enough space for more than 6 people to be in there. Also beds were a bit too hard.

Everything was going good until check in the people wasn't that polite.

They didn't clean the room good, because I found a lot of hair. In the bathroom and in the room I didn't like that. It wasn't clean like other times. At the check out time the girl was not paying attention and she looks like she didn't, care.

Definitely won’t ever stay there again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there either.

The lady that assisted me at check out was polite and helpful. She gave a completely different experience compared to check in.

When checking in the staff member was rude and was showing she was frustrated with each customer she attended. I was charged the wrong amount for my room. The room was dirty the carpet was gooey, the shower sprinkler sprayed over and out the shower. The non smoking room was penetrated of smoke smell. Appliance’s were outdated the rooms did not look like the ones in the pictures. In the middle of the night someone kept trying to open the door multiple times.

We plan to continue staying here when we make our trips to Laredo

This was our 2nd time staying. I love the response I was met with when I had a issue with our room. We got in late and waited to resolve issue in morning. Cynthia the manager was amazing and went over and beyond to figure things out and then followed up and checked on us later! Even showed us more of the Hotel we hadnt seen our first stay! Beautiful waterfall, garden and loved the hot and cold tubs away from the lively pool. Room got nice and cold. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Jerry working overnights is awesome and glad we got to see him during both stays. He is easy to communicate with and very pleasant.

The positives outweighed any thing I could complain about.

I had a couple issues with my first room, but they quickly remedied it and got me into another room.

I was not impressed with the breakfast. Only had waffles, cereal and an apple or banana and that was it.

I would highly recommend this hotel!

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom. I stayed in a room on second floor and it was spacious and well-sized, . The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and spacious place to stay.

The breakfast could be better. They provided a standard breakfast which included waffles, cereals and some fruits, but it was not quite satisfying. I expected more variety or a better quality. Apart from that, the hotel was great and I had a comfortable stay, but if you are looking for a good breakfast, you may want to look for options outside of the hotel.
