Friendly staff, comfortable beds, interior as you walk in beautiful.
Dirty rooms, restaurant was closed due to staff issues, homeless people everywhere bugging you, parking was in a public lot right next to bus station, did not feel safe. Have to pay for valet parking and it was in public lot, worried car would be broken into. After checking out, was hit with another 500.00 for no reason.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was entirely too small. No place to put my toiletries. The “restaurant” associated with the property is not owned or run by Westin, apparently. It was completely understaffed with surly, apathetic employees. I ordered a yogurt parfait only for breakfast and it took over an hour. Cancelled dinner plans there that night as I did not want a repeat.

Location was great. Walked to restaurants and shops. Awesome shower. Front desk staff as a whole were always offering a smile, and great interaction.
Room was dirty. Bathroom was dirty and other than the shower, tight between the toilet and the small sink. It was like that old dirt in bathrooms that never gets cleaned. Pulled the nightstand out a bit to receive an item and the dust and dirt buildup behind it was heavy. Nice size closet but no light in there. My family member had his car broken into in their valet overnight parking ($35) which we found out is just an empty parking lot, no gates, no cameras and they took no responsibility. No offer of compensation. $5 coffee in the restaurant in the morning. Had to wait 10 minutes to get it.

perfect location and close to the arena where we went for the kane brown concert.
This is going to be a long one and I apologize ahead of time…..
So I booked our room back in Feb for March 23-25 it was perfect location to shopping the Arena where we attended the Kane Brown concert.. When I booked the room i did ask for and certainly was charged for a room with a tub at check in.. We get to our room and no tub of course… I wasn’t even going to say anything because it was whatever at that point and didn’t want to move all of our stuff… That was til we opened the fridge to put our drinks in there to find left over Taco Bell, the bathroom toilet paper holder hanging out of the wall, and what it was I don’t know but a brown red ish color splatter all over the bottom of the wall near the door entrance to the room… I called to the desk the lady working was very very nice and she quickly moved us to another room with a tub she was fast and very nice and even helped us move our stuff to the new room.. the new room had what looked to be food crumbs on the floor next to the bathroom sink?! and a dirty dusty left behind bandana on the shelf above where they have hangers for you to hang things so god knows how long that was up there and I only found it because I went to use the space to store some of our belongings… at this point we were just over it needed to get to the store, get food, and get teasy so we could get to our concert… the rest of the room seemed clean I will say.. The beds were comfy and I checked every blanket and crevice of everything and all seemed good.. crazy? I know lol so now the end of the trip comes check out on Sat March 25th 2023 we leave and as I’m leaving the lady working (different lady from yesterday) says I’ll get receipt emailed to my email which that never happened mso I check my bank account because I don’t know something just tells me to.

The room was clean overall and the shower head was great. The staff were professional and helped anyway they could. The hotel was beautiful and the history was interesting. Room service was delicious and affordable for the portion. Complimentary bottle of water.
The bed was so uncomfortable that we had a hard time falling asleep and woke up with a sore back. We were charged the morning of check out an additional $300 for damages that was never communicated via email or in person during check in, and the front desk manager was unprofessional when trying to explain the random $300 charge. There were no fitted sheets on the bed and the comforter had brown stains on it. People were yelling in the hallway after midnight.

the hotel is very pretty and we had a really nice breakfast
the room was not as described in the listing , said it would have a couch and sitting area , it did not , very small .. the door literally opened to the side of the bed . and the listing also said 24 hour room service which is the only reason we booked this hotel , to get there and find out there was no room service at all was very disappointing.

Very friendly staff; early check in as we had requested; dog friendly; beautiful lobby/common areas; great location; green space across the street for dogs and walkable area; complimentary coffee in the lobby. Did I mention the friendly staff? They were fantastic—so welcoming to us and to our pups, gave them treats, etc. I forgot my toothbrush and the front desk was happy to give us one. They also were very helpful with requests such as change for valet and housekeeping tips. Highlight of our visit was def the staff!
There was a wedding when we were there and it was extremely noisy until late at night. Our room had no view (brick wall). Bed was extremely uncomfortable, to the point that we were sleep deprived (the noise drifting up the HVAC system from the wedding prob didn’t help, but it was mostly the bed that was the issue). Rooms need a refresh—peeling wallpaper in bathroom, etc. All of this would have been forgivable (since it’s an older hotel) if the bed hadn’t been so uncomfortable. It seemed like an old mattress vs a poor quality mattress but could have been both. We slept very little the whole night and driving home sleep deprived was not fun. Also at the restaurant, we had one standard breakfast, one coffee, and a side order of potatoes and fruit to go. With a generous tip, the total was $60–which is high for the area; ex: $12 for a dish of fruit salad. Not sure if a tip was already built in and we missed that and tipped again but service was great so it’s okay lol. The food was well prepared and service was friendly and efficient. We had read on reviews before our visit that the standard rooms are extremely small without room to walk around without moving luggage, so we upgraded to a larger executive “suite” (standard room with a long hallway plus 2 wingback chairs and a desk) since we had two large dogs with us. So that brought our total for one night to over $300 plus $32 for valet parking. Felt more like big city prices than Columbus, which would have been ok (especially given that they are dog friendly and don’t charge extra for dogs) if bed had been better. One last thing… I brushed my hand on the back of one of the chairs walking over to the coffee area, and got a pretty yucky cut. I was trying to figure out what caused it—upholstery nail etc.? I think it may have been some hardened upholstery glue on the back of the chair, oddly enough. Superficial, not too painful—just a bit surprising and a good bit of blood from the flap of sliced skin.

It was somewhere to stay
Extra $30 to park after the room was already overpriced. Key cards didn't work to let you in the side doors. Glasses in the room still had lip stick on them. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. Barely half of the TV channels actually worked.

Tired hotel that still thinks it is grand. The room was tiny, we got full size beds instead of queen and were uncomfortable all night (we traveled with two kids). Unless you are on your own, don’t bother with this hotel.

Location was great to walk to the jazz and rib fest
Room was very small for the price and very long hallways, we had to turn down three hallways to get to our room and had to pay 30 dollars a night to park, that should have been explained in the rental agreement.
