Not coming back

The breakfast was horrible

For a 5 day 4 night stay they just came one day to clean for me that is a no . Beg for towels , front desk was rude, the breakfast was not good at all . I will no stay there again

It was a nice stay, the kids enjoyed the pool. Having the Target right next door was handy.

Pool, location, comfortable room.

The room above us was very loud until very late on Saturday night.

Nice urban site right next to U of Cinci

Great location adjacent to the University of Cincinnati campus. Very clean and comfortable room and bed. Very handy being able to leave a housekeeping tip via a QR code. Friendly and helpful person at the front desk.

Parking is an issue in an urban setting, clearly. The parking was just under a block away and I paid $14 for one night with in/out privileges. I was a little nervous about it being credited properly via the adhesive stickers they give you to affix to your pulled ticket but it worked fine. The gate reader showed a balance of $30 before accepting my code, so it's a good discount.

Etablissement agréable mais trop excentré.

Emplacement dans un quartier universitaire plaisant et sûr, mais loin du centre ville. Commerce alimentaire à proximité. Petit déjeuner très correct.

Le parking dans la rue, peu de places disponibles et donc parking aléatoire.

部屋は広く、清掃も行き届いていて清潔感がありました。スタッフも笑顔で気持ちの良い対応をしてくれました。シンシナティ大学のすぐ側というロケーションもあり、学生が多く活気が感じられました。周囲には治安の悪さを感じるところはなく、近所の散歩も楽しめます。すぐ目の前にスターバックスやレストランもあり、またターゲットもあるので不便はありません。

ダウンタウンからはやや遠いです。

It was nice.

The room was decorated nicely, clean and accommodating. The only issue was the fridge door was broken but they replaced it.

Check the appliances to make sure they aren’t broken. The fridges are cheap. There is a button for 2 hours. Food could spoil if you dont push it after 2 hours.

Other than the bed being uncomfortable, the stay was fine.

The location was perfect, close to a lot of stores & quick food restaurants. The room was nice and spacious.

For the price, I don’t think it was worth it. The bed felt like a box spring, very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also mediocre.

Location. A trolley that took us to our event. They stopped running at 11 and we had to Uber back. They should run longer on big event nights.

The air conditioner barely blew out any cold air. The curtains couldn't be shut and the lights from the river lit up our room all night.

Overall great stay for our family in a great location.

It was in a quiet area of Cincinnati but quick Uber ride to the zoo and the ballpark. Very clean hotel and staff was very nice.

Everything was fine, we had a pleasant stay

On the morning of our departure, we discovered that one of our car windows was smashed and the contents of the car ransacked. We were parked in the adjacent hotel-recommended parking garage and found out that previous to our break-in, there were at least 12 cases in the same garage. Not only did the hotel not take any precautions (for example security cameras, overnight security and so on), we were never told there was a recurring problem. We had to drive the 1100 miles home with a patched window.

If I were to return to Cincinnati I would definitely stay here.

I loved that even though the hotel was at capacity it was quiet. I could not hear people around me which was awesome.

It would be good if the back door that is closest to the parking garage worked. For both the safety perspective and for shorter walk from the hotel to the car during rain.

I enjoyed my experience over all

I liked there was a lot of stuff near by I could walk to.

I had to pay anything to park. I had to pay for unlimited parking which was about $15. On one of floor someone broken into a car window so it made me feel somewhat unsafe to park there on top of it not being complimentary with the room.

The check in took a while and parking is inconvenient and too far away.
