Room was way too much for what I got for my visit.

Room was set up well, it was comfortable.

While in casino if you weren’t playing a game there was no place to sit. Went to the bar to have a drink and sit but was told where I was sitting was reserved. Even the sports bar that same night. So stupid.

Very dog friendly, at a price.

Facility is very good. Casino was OK but crowded. Went to IP casino and had much better time & luck.

DID NOT LIKE paying dog fee & dog crate. I talked to numerous people staying there w/ dogs, they ignored telling hotel they had a dog, did not pay dog fee, and just used the doorknob hanger!!!

After 8 hours of cancelled flights, rescheduled flights I call Beau Rivage just to ensure my reservation there was intact. Surprise! You had no reservation for me. After several calls to Beau Rivage with no results, I phoned “booking.com” who phoned Beau Rivage and corrected the issue. When I arrived on site a few hours later the desk clerk informed me that I did not have an ocean view room for which I paid. After almost an hour at the desk (the desk clerk was polite and friendly) I was given a corner room with no ocean view. The next morning I was stuck in elevator P.1 for almost 50 minutes. These events were not conducive to a pleasant stay.

1. Not giving away my ocean view room 2. Not loosing my room after I called that same morning and you confirmed my room 3. You have elevator issues when some can be stranded 48 minutes 4. Taking almost 50 minutes to rectify my room issue at check-in 5. Monday morning breakfast - your check-in desk lost our name on the waiting list. Then they said they called it out while we were standing there and no text from her 6. Another 45 minutes to get 2 parfaits. Please!

Disappointed

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the entire stay.

1. I paid for an ocean view room a I had a view of the back side of the casino. 2. There were gnats flying around and landing on my plate at the sushi restaurant. 3. The cigarette smoke smell in the restaurant was unpleasant. 4. The television picture quality was poor. 5. The pillows were uncomfortable. 6. The price for this room was not equal to the quality.

Green bath water.

Food at the buffet was mediocre and over priced.

Our primary issue was that the water coming from the bath tub faucets was very green. Not just a little bit, completely green. Initially I thought maybe it was just in our room, but we also had an adjoining room for family and they had the same issue. We both drained the tub of green water and ran a new tub of water in hopes that it would be better but it was not. I have pictures. Nobody would bathe in green water and for several hundred dollars per night, it's unacceptable. We spent over $1000 for 2 rooms, for one night and none of us even got to shower/bathe.

Everything was great. Very clean and organized. rooms were ready and to our satisfaction.

We were given a card to use for discount when purchasing anything or paying since my husband is a veteran. None of the facilities at Beau Rivage accepted it. Everyone had an excuse as to why they could not accept it. So we were not able to get any kind of discount for being a veteran.

Always good to get together with family

Great midway point for me to connect with my sister. Staff in ice cream place was great! Room was fine. Lobby was nicely decorated - fun!

A bit pricey for a casino room Lobby area had a tour group quite frequently meeting near elevators. VERY noisy and hard to navigate through. Tours should be advised not to disturb other guests by their choice of meeting places

staff was great atmosphere was awesome. only one thing I ordered a breakfast basket it was great, but the condiments was all sticky from the jelly the ketchup, and jelly was stuck together.that was my only complaint.

Probably won't ever go back. Didn't wow us.

The room was clean and comfortable.

It was too chaotic. We came for a concert and the nearest bathroom was a 15 min walk away from the concert on the other side of the casino which meant I missed a good 45 minutes of the show just so I didn't pee myself. The pool closed at 9, which was so early. There's only one smoking area which is by the pool so once that was closed we had no access to go out there. The lighting in the rooms are awful so if you need to get dressed and need good light do your makeup by the window. Everything was overpriced and we paid 50 dollars for 2 drinks at one of the bars. Just all around a huge price gouge. There's a gas station across the street and restaurants that are better and cheaper outside of the resort. And finally I have a king size bed and the king size room we had definitely did not have a king bed. I don't know if it's a hotel thing or what but that bed was a queen at best.
