Disappointed with hotel

Room was clean and comfortable.

Pool was horrible, couldn't see your feet it was so cloudly. 2nd day we were there is was closed for good. Was still closed when we left. The so called restaurant was open on the first night and never opened the rest of our stay. Arrived 20 minutes before check in on Saturday and was told to either wait until exactly 3pm or we could pay 50.00 for an early check-in.

The stay was mediocre….house keeping didn’t clean room at all nor brought towels requested. Water pressure was horrible

The location is in the center of a lot of restaurants, stores and casinos

The water pressure was really low. It prayed out two of the shower head holes.

Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Need more chairs by the pool.

The breakfast was amazing. All the staff interacted with was amazing!

The only thing I would change was adding more chairs and umbrellas to the pool area. When we went around 4pm after checkin the few tables and chairs were occupied but there was space for more chairs and umbrellas.

rate a 3 out of 5 - very clean - staff good - beds hard - won't be back to stay here again.

This review is after a 4 night stay - It was awesomely clean - from sheets - bathroom - floors - halls - all of it. Even with dogs allowed in motel - no animal smell. Motel close to the beach - house keeping was awesome - took out trash (breakfast papers) daily - took dirty towels gave clean every time they were in the hall - saw them working all the time all over the motel. Could wear a bracelet after part of covid lifted if you have Covid vaccine so didn't have to wear mask 24/7. Main pool outside was clean and large enough to enjoy.

Number one - the staff at front desk were ok for part of the the time - the lady that checked me out was awesome at 5 am in the morning on Thurs (5/27/21). Beds were hard as a rock - no microwave to heat our breakfast up - did have refrig in the room - no phone cord on the phone could only use speaker - ask for towels in evening and got them 3 1/2 hrs later after asleep and was woken up to knock on door at 10:30p. No hot water from 3p to 5p for shower (2 different days) had to wait to clean up. No hot tub - booked here for the hot tub after a 12 hour drive - found out later it hasn't worked in a year - then couple of days later we were told we could go next door to their motel and use their hot tub - breakfast (due to covid) passed out in the morning in brown bags but cold. Had to ask for towels for the pool several days in a row - even ask for them going to the pool and the staff would say yes they are out there and then have to come back in to motel and ask again for pool towels.

The staff is unbieveably nice, extresmly courteous, and willingly go out of their way to assist their guests.

It was clean and manicured. The inside was appealing too.

The entry drive can be confusing at first as a hotel is literally right next door but… still easy to navigate.

Overall stay was really good.

Great location for the beach, entertainment, restaurants, casinos, family fun. It was well maintained, clean quiet, good breakfast choices, and happy hour.

They were slow about replenishing towels, and toiletries since I didn’t get my room cleaned the next day.

Great staff with the softest bed

The space and linens were clean and wonderful. Almost like a weighted blanket in the comforter. I really liked the view, which was overlooking the seating area in the courtyard. The staff were courteous and genuinely helpful.

The only issue in the stay was the bathroom door. It was not functional upon our arrival. My guest and I were not terribly inconvenienced by this, but did notify the front desk and maintenance in the morning while we were leaving. Even that was taken in stride by the staff. 10/10 would stay again.

Прекрасное расположение, рядом с пляжем, отличная территория, невероятно дружелюбный персонал, у нас был огромный номер, мы были с сервис догами, все очень мило к ним отнеслись. По утрам прекрасный полноценный завтрак, отель очень чистый. Хороший бассейн и джакузи. Рекомендую отель для отдыха с детьми.

Location

Way too expensive for level. The coast needs more nice hotels. Front desk service was awful. People were taking things because no one was there. Phone constantly ringing. Not a $350 a night hotel. I was stupid to pay that but there was no where else to stay

We had a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful property with a nice pool. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Located right across the beach. All the employees were very polite. My family really enjoyed this hotel. I would definitely book again.

It states check in is at 3pm we went to check in and had to wait an hour to get a room that’s been booked in advance it should have been ready on time.
